Not much overall but staff and cleanliness were tops
You couldnt swing a cat in the room. Why on earth would you have a massage chair taking up a square metre of space when space is at such a premium? The comfort level was about nil as there was only about 10 mm between the bed and the amenities area. We found it quite dangerous as we had to plan every move in this room. We both knocked our shins on the corner of to bed several times and had to shimmy along the side of the closet to get out of bed. A room this size can only be comfortably utilised by one person and in saying that, one of the single beds would have to be removed.

Convenient location directly above the Shinkansen station.
Room was extremely small, no space to open up suitcases without having to step over bags. Also room was very dark. Location was very close to bullet train station, however that area is quiet, not a lot of shops except those in the station.

Conveniently located just above the train station so theres no need for us to get out of the station itself.
I asked the receptionist when I was about to check out if I can leave the wifi charging on their desk and she made a big deal out of it. She even called someone to ask about this. I dont get why they made a big deal for charging the wifi. At the end, I just left and didnt charge it anymore. Hassle!!!

Very friendly staff, and very convenient location, the Shinkansen is just outside the hotel entrance, which can save a lot of rest time. The bed is very big, which is pretty good among many business hotels in Japan.
There is a massage chair in the room and I think the massage chair can be placed in the common area. It is crucial that the room can accommodate a lot of suitcases.
