Upon arriving, I wanted to give 5 stars immediately. We had a bit of trouble with transportation, but Hiro (the owner) he waited for us. He was very welcoming and charismatic. This place is absolutely 1000% GORGEOUS. It's a must stay. I will now always stay here. It's like I am immediately immersed in a traditional machiya style house with an outdoor bath with such great decorative taste. He even introduced us with a tea ceremony. The entirety of the house is so methodically thought out for comfort and convenience. I'm over the moon happy.

The Owner is a very nice person, teach us how to make matcha. Decoration is impressive with a lot of interesting small things. We enjoy a lot, bathroom and other facilities is very clean and easy to use.
Location is a little bit far away, Breakfast qty is not enough for three person.

amazing decorations, comfortable beds, 2 bath tubs, kitchen, breathtaking family room with little hearth to make tea. we had wonderful 2 nights stay.
owner greeted us, showed everything and made delicious green tea. breakfast was fantastic.

Awesome house with really exciting and interesting decorations. The host, Hiro, met us on arrival. He had a fire going, made green tea over the fire for me and roasted marshmallows for my daughter.
Silverware was difficult to locate. Extremely small complaint.
