What I like the most is the foot spa.. very convenient after long hours of walking. Additionally a wash machine and dryer were available in the region on. The staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel .

Foot bath is divine after a long day of walking :) Staff were always kind, nice and assisted when needed. Rooms are clean and the bad is comfy.
Rooms are pretty small, however, it is mentioned and is an issue across Japan…

This hotel is part of the ‘Traveling Japan’ programme. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room is a real bonus for tourists. Rooms are cleaned on a minimal basis... The hotel’s location is undoubtedly excellent, as is the value for money. The complimentary drinks in the lobby are a nice touch.
The room cleaning leaves something to be desired... The selection of breakfast dishes should be expanded...

Wonderful
Very cute stay in the middle of urban Kyoto. The facilities were interesting and enjoyable such as a foot bath offset from the lobby and free sake during certain hours. The location was great and very close to one of the train lines that went directly to Kyoto station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was also comfy with a table to sit at and organize/plan.
I can’t really think of anything I could complain about. Maybe that the laundry machine in the room was somewhat weak but it’s not a dealbreaker by any means. It’s honestly more of a positive than a negative that there was even a machine in the room.

Location is perfect for our activities in the city. Washing machine/ dryer in the room is perfect for long stay during summer. Staffs are helpful for our need: receiving package and taxi reservation. Our request for the room floor
Room cleaning for long stay: they only offer towels change and garbage collection. But we need sheets exchange especially in summer.

Wonderful
The rooms and beds were of reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. We did have to request for more towels as there wasn't the right amount for number of people staying. The washer & dryer were amazing to have! We could put washing on at night, and in the morning, it was ready to go. We could help ourselves to the drinks bar downstairs and toiletries, we enjoyed the foot spa in the evening after a long day of walking! Good location to accessing trains, and walk to Nishiki Market.
Nothing to complain. Would happily stay here again!

I absolutely loved the location and the amenities this hotel offered. The foot onsen was also a nice touch and much needed after walking 20k steps daily
The bed was very uncomfortable. I felt like Patrick sleeping on a rock every night.

Wonderful
