Great location, outstanding breakfast buffet, nice rooms. Also loved using the onsen downstairs.

The Solaria in Kyoto had modern amenities but traditional Japanese touches in the decor that made it clear that you were in Japan. I loved it! The public bath was a terrific and relaxing way to experience Japanese culture as well. Also, I would recommend eating the hotel breakfast. It is a buffet with many traditional Japanese dishes, and was excellent.
I would have liked to have more washing machines available.

Conveniently located, friendly service, and efficient, comfortable amenities.
Maybe a little more flexible regarding check-in time. Not the hotel’s fault, but we arrived in Kyoto around 8 in the morning but couldn’t check in till almost 3.

The room is very up to date and even though it was a basement room it was a very nice room with view on a small garden. The location is perfect and visiting the castles etc. is easy with public transport. It also has a parking garage but beware of the maximum height of 1.55m of the car or it will not fit the car lift!
Nothing! There are not many hotels I have visited that do not have things that could be improved. I was impressed by this hotel! Next time I will look Solaria hotels and be happy to pay a bit more.

Отличный отель, расположение удобное, завтраки хоть и не самые разнообразные, но вполне достаточно. Номера с ванной и видом на символические джунгли - самые отличные и по размеру и по комфорту. Отличный персонал.

Very beautiful designs from the lobby to the room itself! Beds were very comfortable! Staff were very friendly as well!
The only feedback I have is to have a little more variety in the breakfast.

Location was near shopping malls, and restaurants
Breakfast was the same every day. The staff at breakfast were not friendly. One morning we ask to take some bread and a coffee to go because we had excursion and they did not let us do it and were very rude. You need a ticket for breakfast if you loose you can get breakfast. The rooms were dirty, dusty, the hallways dirty. You had to grab in the reception toiletries.
