the location is EXCELLENT, wallking distance to Nikishi market, Teramachi Shopping Street and Takashimaya Shopping Mall. Very convenient location to get food and train station. Room may be not big enough with very limited space for luggage, personal stuff and overall is fine and clean. It's actually Back-packer style of Hotel, come with a public kitchen at Ground Floor, spacious space in this floor for reading or just hang around. Me and Mum stay here for 5 nights with breakfast included. The breakfast is fine, just the food is the SAME for the 5 days of stay. haha....we skip 2 breakfast as feel quite bored with the same food. The staffs are all very friendly, helpful and not all staff are local. Hence, no problem at all with English communication.

hang out. nice clean design throughout
the kitchen could use some dishes/ glasses/ etc. ideally non-plastic. and a shelf or two in the rooms (there is plenty of space for it) or at least a few more hooks/ places to hang things (as above - there is plenty of space both in the room and in the bathroom). additionally, a small bedside lamp would be a huge plus! (it’s not nice to be reading in bed with the bright/ harsh ceiling light).

This place was FANTASTIC!!
Neighborhood is beautiful, with lots of small artisan shops, hair salons, and restaurants etc.
Beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hostel.
Shower were super clean and in perfect condition. Kitchen was also clean and amazing. Nice hang out areas with live music and a bar.
Free tea and water. Slippers, and wonderful shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Cool roof top terrace and extra pillows too
I left to go to Hiroshima and they kept my luggage. I returned and book for 4 more days!

The walk from the station is a little longer than ideal so I hope I didn't upset locals with any noise from my luggage wheels on the way to and from the train station.

Great location, super close to everything. The staff was very welcoming! Loved my stay here. Although they do not offer free amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc, like other placed did. So make sure you bring those stuff with you. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are in the room!

Good location, walkable to a lot of major sites and nightlife. Extremely good value for the private room, friendly staff, very good amneties. One of the best stays during my trip, very cheap as well. Would really recommend taking a private room here!

The hostel itself was very nice, VERY good breakfast, clean facilities, very nice and helpful staff that spoke English. I forgot an important item and didn't realize till the next day, I called the front desk and they found it and held it for me to come get with no issues. They held our bags when we arrived early to check-in, and they have free luggage storage till 8 pm when we checked out. Very reasonable price. We had a private room with private bathroom, plenty of room for 2 people and 2 small luggages.
Our room 511 was very stinky, it smelled like a sweaty man that hasn't showered in weeks was staying in our room before us and it smelled like BO. We smelled the sheets and they seemed clean so I think it was the room itself was stinky. Maybe it needed a deep clean or a good vacuum cleaning. We only stayed 2 nights so I didn't say anything to the staff. The room was clean though, nothing dirty. This was my only complaint.

Great hotel. We stayed in the hotel part and directly across the street is the hostel. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was a bar and hang out area on the bottom floor. And the rooftop had lots of seating. The hotel its self is in a great location. It’s a short walk from the market, Uniqlo, donki and much more. I would recommend that everyone should stay here!
