Location is good.

Excellent location and comfort.
Blinds didn’t keep the light out in the morning which meant early starts. Only thing that could be improved, otherwise amazing!

The staff were quick to reply to questions, the room was nice and clean. Quiet area with nearby public transport and also possible to walk to the city. Taxi to the apartment was also cheap. We also like that the shower and toilet was separate, and that we could use a washing machine and a microwave. The check in was super easy, and we could store our suitcases there before and after checkin/out.
The room was a bit dusty and the washing machine also left our clothes a bit dusty and with some marks (but maybe we used too much detergent). The room was a bit too small for four people with large suitcases, but we definately made it work and we were out and about most of the time anyway. There was also an annoying noise (not loud) coming from somewhere undecided, so if you're sensitive to that then bring earplugs. All in all we were very happy and would come back :)

Location was great. Ease of booking and check in great. Very roomy and comfortable.
Fridge froze all our fresh food we bought fruits and salad. The fridge does not stop running and freezes everything. Also the door to the toilet does not close properly so was not able to be locked.

Good location, close to a great local shopping street with lots cafes, bakeries, a conbini, supermarket and 100 yen store.
Beds were super comfortable and shower room was great.
It was very quiet, we were never disturbed by outside noises or by neighbours.
We could leave our luggage inside the building with a bike lock before and after check out which was really convenient. Not the most secure but it’s really unlikely anyone will attempt to steal them.
The room was much more spacious than other rooms for similar prices, there were plenty of hangers and storage space.
It was not clean when we arrived, there was hair and bits of tissue on the floor and stains on the carpet. We told the staff and they corrected this very quickly which was much appreciated. The stains in the carpet didn’t come out so the floor always felt a bit dirty, but we were provided with slippers.
Also the no curtains situation made it hard to sleep past sunrise.
The toilet door didn’t close properly, but there was another door to the washroom area which closed fine.
No cutlery or plates provided.

- Location was great. Love that it is so near the Nijo Castle.
- Apartment was comfortable and clean.
- Staff was very responsive on chat. Always helped us and answered all our questions.
- Nothing (only wished it had streaming services like Netflix)

Room was spacious, easy access for taxi, quiet and comfy.
They didn’t provide coffee or tea.
The refrigerator froze everything we put (bananas, drinks, food…)
No blinds, sunrise at 4:30am, so I woke up then and couldn’t sleep more.
Bathroom lights are automatic, so can’t control them. We are with a baby and that was a bit annoying

- the hotel is auto self checkin with all ENGLISH SUPPORT VIA EMAIL OR BOOKING

- room bigger than other hotel in kyoto
- mat on the floor it not that clean, we found some dust on it but not that dirty
- room no window
- check out 10.00 - in 15-16,00 it now new standard for all around
