The property was clean, well maintained, and decorated with attention to detail. The outdoor bath (with in-house bath salts), garden view from my room, comfortable bed, and breakfast were the highlights for me. Staff are friendly and professional. I hope to return.

The room was nice, spacious and decorated with taste. It was very peaceful.
The staff were all very junior and level of quality in the service can be improved. For this price, you expect better trained staff with a flawless service, even though they were nice and trying hard.

Location was great. The Onsen was the best thing about the experience - it was much needed given it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was also an interesting experience. The team were great.

Beautiful ryokan with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with private onsen. It was a relaxing, cozy place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious, with generous portions. Staff was very hospitable and accommodating, and made every effort to make it a wonderful stay. Location was an easy 10-min walk to the subway station.
Our suite was up a narrow flight of stairs, which was not an issue for us but may be for others with mobility challenges. There were some slight language miscommunications, but no major issues.

The property was absolutely the most beautiful place we have stayed at. The staff were spectacular. They treated us with exceptional hospitality and kindness. The onsen was soothing and the meals were served cooked on a grill in front of us.

If you’re looking to unwind and relax this is the place. Serene, gorgeous and one of a kind. The private onsen in our room was well loved and well used. Every room has abundant complimentary snacks and drinks, including a late night snack. There are massage therapists who can come to your room by request. I could not be happier with our stay. The point was rest and relaxation, so we stayed in the whole day/evening and did just that and It was worth the cost. Breakfast was amazing and no one else was there so it’s like having a private chef.
I loved everything about the property.
