Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. They spoke English which was helpful. Assisted us in getting our bags to the airport and have great free cultural events most days. The space a beautiful and smelled really nice (not something you notice at most places)

The rooms were small but cozy and had everything- bathrooms were much roomier than expected and great tub. The extras in the rooms were well thought out and appreciated.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Comfortable room and good value. The shows in the lobby each day were a nice touch. An easy walk to Ponto-Cho made for lots of shopping and food options. Sightseeing was an easy bus ride in any direction.
Nothing to change or add. It was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

I loved how the property is right on a shopping street. I also enjoyed how we got fresh towels everyday. Staff was very kind and always greeted you when leaving or returning to the hotel. They were also very helpful when it came to luggage forwarding.
However, the streets were quite dirty and crowded. We expected the hotel to be located in a quieter area. The hotel room was also extremely small. We had two check-in bags and a carry on, and it was a struggle entering and exiting the room. There really wasn’t any space to open up luggage. The bathroom was also extremely small. There’s only thin shelf to place belongings and the bathtub didn’t even fit one person. I had to bend my legs to fit into the tub which isn’t very relaxing. It was also far from a subway station.

Location, architecture
I believe the staff working at this hotel lack practical thinking skills. They were not helpful in any matter. For example, I called the reception from the 10th floor to ask for information about massage services, and they told me to come downstairs. I asked water, they said no:) And there were many other similar issues.
