Great Facilities, great location with many great food options just outside the front doors. Suited our needs very well and I would stay there again.
The two lifts were a bit awkward at some times, but shows this is a popular hotel.

There were 2 elevators in the hotel, but every day we were waiting for the elevator for 10-15 minutes..

The room is standard but clean and comfortable. It provides you what is needed
The towels are not changed automatically only when you ask. The location is okay, but downtown (Gion) is a bit far by walking (25-30 min), its better to catch the subway

Great location, easy to access the subway and tourist attractions. The room was the biggest Ive stayed in so far! Lots of space for my luggage.
The pillows are hard :(

Good location, staff very helpful, clean rooms, pleasant lobby
The pillows are a bit hard, the fridge either defrosted or froze everything, the hairdryers could do with more power - the fridge was probably the most annoying.
