I liked all the amenities within the room itself, such as a large bath comfortable enough for two, a jacuzzi also the same size outdoors, and a dry sauna. The bed was very comfortable, and situated right in front of a very large TV.
Only thing I didn't like is the wet sauna wasn't functional.

The room was very spacious, facilities amazing. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were lovely. The hotel was only about 15 mins away from the station and there were convenience stores only across the road.

The room was really spacious and clean. It had a very nice luxurious feeling. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa and sauna were an awesome addition inside the room.
The photo showed a massage chair on the website however there wasn't one in the room. Not sure if that was a mixup but still thoroughly enjoyed everything else in the room.

Very spacious rooms. Giant bed. I misread the information here and we didn't realize that it is indeed a love hotel. But honestly it was our best stay during our trip in Japan. It's bit on the outskirts of Kyoto but fairly close to metro and train station. Jakuzzi was great too.
Location could be better, some of the furniture cold be replaced with new one.

Even tho I didn't know alot of japanese the sstaff were VERY friendly and accommodating! Also the food here was amazing you could order in the room and it arrived to your room within minutes I especially loved the desserts ? they're all so sweet if I ever come back I'm booking this place again and again! the hhotel room was HUGE! TWO personal saunas a personal jacuzzi/bathtub and a personal eating area! all for less than 100$ per night? loved loved loved

New, spacious room equipped with numerous non standard features like a two person jacuzzi and a massage chair. A great value for money. Complimentary breakfast.
The location is a bit out of town and it is difficult to find. There are numerous hotels nearby and some share the name Lotus. You need to watch out for Lotus Hotel and SPA to go to the right accommodation.

Breakfast was good but simple. The menu on the TV says free, but that is for guests paying them directly. Free snacks, shouchu, great amenity, free rooftop bath by reservation only. Huge room is the best compared to what you'd get in the city. If you're tired of cramped hotels with wash washlets you'll love this.
It's a love hotel. Not a negative, but it has a connotation if you're telling people where you're staying. No lobby to hang out in so try to get there after check in they do check luggage though if before your check in. A good 20 min walk to the station . 20000 yen to Kyoto by taxi, they can call one for you.
