Clean space and daily cleaning service was nice. Good amenities within the room with a cute little backyard. Luggage storage before check-in for free was great!
Having to pay for luggage storage after check-out; the comforter on the bed was a little thin/small. Location is not the most central to the city, about a 20 minute walk to most things.

This was a great spot for our time in Kyoto. The location was great, we could walk to Kyoto station and to many other attractions. It was also close to many restaurants, convenience stores and grocery stores. The room was clean. It was nice that they changed the towels every day. The room also had a small fridge, microwave and mugs.
The bathroom could have used a new shower curtain.

Staff so nice
I liked the hotel, and the staff spoke to me very kindly as soon as I arrived. However, I couldn’t sleep well at night because someone rang the room bell around 5 a.m. and left. Also, when I was checking out, someone from room 202 had left their innerwear outside the door. I was also disturbed at night by loud talking, and I believe the people from room 202 were responsible. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

Clean and spacious room with a small garden. In a calm area but close to a bus station so you could get anywhere you want, there is a coin laundry facility very close by too which is nice. Staff also forwarded our luggage to Tokyo.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and even helped us call a restaurant to place an order since we didn't speak Japanese. We had our luggage shipped from Tokyo and they received our luggage before we checked in and had it in our rooms when we arrived. So convenient!
There is plenty of great food in the area, however, this hotel is a bit of a walk from the main tourist center (about 20 minutes). Keep this in mind when planning your stay!

Our room was very clean, comfortable and good sized. The street was quiet at night. We appreciated having a washing machine to keep up with laundry. Buses and trains were easily accessible from this location to get around the city. We were very happy staying at this property.

The room is well facilitated with everything we need. The owner and her staff were very nice and helpful. When we checked out and needed a taxi, but it was rainning and no taxi came. The staff has run to the main street in the rain to catch a taxi for us. He was very supportive and we were so grateful for that. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s valued for money and also quite close to the main attractions and Kyoto station/buses

The room was incredibly spacious with a balcony, which I enjoyed. It was located in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaraunts nearby to visit. It was only a short walk to a bus stop or a train station, which was incredibly convenient for going places. The staff was also incredibly nice and accommodating, they even let us check in early!
