The location is excellent and is very close and walking distabce to the Kyoto Main Station, the tourist bus pickup point and Team Lab Biovortex. The laundrette was the best that I have used in Japan. The rooms are bigger than the ones in Tokyo and are quite comfortable It is also walking distance to the Toyoto car rental
The beda are a bit soft and can be uncomfortable when 2 people are sharing it.

Good location, close to Kyoto station. alot of Izakaya nearby. some combini as well. nice rooms. lots of amenities provided at lobby. their drip coffee bag is the best one. staff are very friendly. fast checkout.
the small plastic bag provided is hard to open. too thin. we need those to bring up the amenities to the room.

The staff were accommodating. And the location was perferct just a 5 min. walk from the station.
As I entered the room there’s a smell of cigarette and the comforter/duvet cover is dirty there is dust.

Great location. Short walk from the main train station. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and convenient stores nearby. Easy to walk to most places.
The bed was the worst. Basically a boxspring with some padding. Lots of families in this hotel where the children are a bit unsupervised.

Staffs were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect near Kujo subway station and 711.

The hotel is very well located, 5 mins to either the kyoto station or the Kujo Station for the Karasuma line. Very convenient location.
i wont generalize but there was on staff member that was very unkind and made us feel uncomfortable. The beds themselves are not good, too stiff and the pillows are too grainy. The breakfast could improve in variety.
