Wonderful
Very comfortable hotel with excellent service. We especially appreciated the luggage delivery service, which allowed us to send our bags directly to Tokyo while visiting Mount Fuji.
The only issue was that the washing machines and dryers were always occupied during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

Everthing was at a qulity expected from Hilton. Super clean room, comfy bed, pillow options, and a GREAT BREAKFAST. There was a large cultural variety, with traditional japanese, other asian and western options. So you could get full with any preference. Bathroom configuration was great, it had 3 seperate small rooms for toilet, sink and the bath area - so one could shower and the other easily go to the bathroom without bother. We got a larger sized room based on general warnings about small rooms in Japan. The size of the room was pretty decent. It comfortably fit. The location was also great, 5 minutes from the main station.
The toilet had a auto heater we couldnt turn off, which was uncomfortable in the heat of summer.

There is a dresser. Staff very professional, polite and helpful. Hotel is very near the Kyoto station..
The breakfast has very limited fruits. Only oranges, banana ... Should have varieties .

We had the worst experience with this hotel the staff did not offer help with the reserve and we had to pay more for room and breakfast. This hotel do not thing that they have to help the customers

The property was very close to Kyoto railway station, making travel easy and convenient. The location is very perfect.
I feel the room is not spacious. It’s very small. Even the bathroom is also very small for the family. It won’t be helpful.

Central location was great, amazing smelling lobby, Beautiful design of lobby
Room was a bit small. Laundry on property but only 2 machines which were always in use. Need more. Tv had indicator if machines were in use but it wasn’t always accurate.

Breakfast was GREAT! Lots to choose from and although very busy timing didnt feel congested. Lots of food!
Inability for staff to call us a taxi at the actual hotel. I brought my 80+ year old parents with luggage and staff told us to go to train station to get a taxi. Unsure of why they could not help us get a cab from the hotel. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, which had around two hundred stores and places to eat. There was also a 7-Eleven near the hotel. We enjoyed the ropes in the room and the spaciousness of the room.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lots of food choices, great prices, the massage was excellent and affordable. Having a Lawsons convenience store on the property was a huge bonus.
Pillows need an upgrade, to soft.

The breakfast was good. Unfortunately we missed the first day, did not know there was a cut off time.
Room higher up with a view. We were across from a constrruction site. the beds and pillows were too hard.
