Very Good
very good location, just 2 min walk from the train station or the bus station. Restaurants on site were very good (we tried the French cafe and the Chinese restaurant). Also the breakfast buffet has a very big food and drinks selection with plenty of japanese and non-japanese options. Room was excellent, plenty of space and storage room.
Private onsen was a bit disappointing as we expected something cosier/prettier. Did not visit the general one

We loved how close it was to the Yumoto Station. The traditional Japanese experience with the room, and our additional services of the Japanese dinner and private onsen were so fun! It was nice having someone who spoke a little English to help with the dinner portion.

We really liked the location, as it was very close to the Train Station. Although the hotel is older it was clean, and it really had everything we could need. The rooms were very spacious which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was exceptional. Couldn't have been happier with our overall experience.

Great hotel just in from of the train station, it looks old from the inside, like 80s design with carpets, but it's OK. The onsen (both private and public is great).
although the interior pools were with chemicals smell, so it wasn't felt as natural as the outside pool.

We chose a traditional room and absolutely loved it—the design, setup, and view were all beautiful. It was our first time using an onsen, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

1) Good location - very near the Hakone Yumoto Station. 2) The room was spacious.
Apparently, the central air-conditioning was set on heater mode and we could only open the window to let in the cold air to cool down the room. However, it also attracted insects including mosquitoes into the room.

The hot bath and location close to transportation
Hotel restaurant extremely expensive and very limited menu. The thermostat in the room was impossible to control and it became so hot in the room that we had trouble sleeping. Very disappointing stay. Even after we turned off the thermostat, the heat never stopped

The location is great to start the Hakone loop and leaving for your next destinations, being a bridge across from the bus and train stations. (ours to Kyoto). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (for 3 adults) was humongous with a beautiful view. The kaiseki dinner experience was unique and delicious and the included buffet breakfast had so many choices including Western and Eastern foods. We enjoyed soaking in their onsens and the relaxing lounges with an incredible view of the trees outside. I recommend this hotel and would 100% stay again if I were to do Hakone in the future (hopefully sometime during autumn seasons)

Wonderful
Great location. Enjoyed the private onsen. Breakfast was really good. The restaurant was great as well. It was helpful to be next to the station.
