The publlic hot bath. I was upgraded to a large (family) room which I had to myself.

The buffets were good and the room was spacious.
The futons were a little thin and were too hard for my parents.

Disappointing
The food, and the robes.
The price was extremely high for the room we rented. Very basic. The food was good but that was about it. The outdoor onsen was basic. But for almost $350 a night, it was not worth it.
