Such a fun and relaxing vibe. The hotel is beautiful- lots of greenery and a great balcony. The decor had a tropical feel and a great layout. I wish we had more time here
I wish that the check-in time was earlier than 4. The staff was nice and offered the lounge as a waiting area but the time does seem later than most hotels

Staff were super sweet, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of food. The extra freebies made the hotel well worth the price.
For my personal taste, I think they could brighten up the hotel a bit with more natural and artificial lighting, but they are going for a more swanky stylish vibe which is cool too.

Great facilities and food. The location was also only a short walk from Hakata Station. The lounge has a nice atmosphere to it with a good selection of drinks and snacks. The room was very comfortable.
The bathroom and toilet walls were a type of opaque glass and not sound-proof. So you could vaguely see what was going on in there and clearly hear it.

Amazing room size for this being Japan, hotel staff are authentically warm and friendly and helpful, 4th floor club lounge was a nice space to get a bite and drink and relax after a day of sight-seeing, in-room fridge contents were free of charge, in-room lounge wear was cute and comfortable, ample plugs to charge devices
The lighting in the room is dark. (feels nightclub/lounge-like) There was not much natural light without exposing yourself to neighboring rooms facing into the courtyard, which makes it difficult to do see yourself in the mirror.

Very nice and cosy hotel surrounded by vegetation. Each room has access to a balcony to relax on.
Good location close to the station.
The staff is very professional and always ready to help.
Breakfast is varied and has very flexible hours.
I highly recommend this hotel for a successful stay in Fukuoka.

It was my first time visiting fukuoka with my family and i must say it was the best decision made to stay at this hotel. The bed was very spacious and room with balcony was very clean as well. The rooftop bathtub is highly recommended to use as free coffee was kindly served by the hotel as well.
I would def love to revisit the hotel!

The checkin process was unusual and the staff were not as enthusiastically friendly. Checkout staff were more pleasant. When asking how to call a taxi a staff at the first floor restaurant told us to find one on the street rather than offering to call one for us.

Wonderful
I had paid additional fee to upgrade my room from "king" to "twin" when I checked in. The room is very stylish with a ceiling fan and I have enough space to move around in my room. A terrace is also provided on each room and I can spend my time to relax on the terrace.
The breakfast included is extremely tasty, especially for the french toast and seafood donburi, and has many choices.
The lighting of room is very confortable to me and the natural light can enter from the terrace into the room, but it is not recommended for people who must need strong lighting inside your room. If you think the lighting is a problem, it is your problem, but not the hotel because you have not studied enough the room info provided by the hotel's homepage.
The only disavantage is no refrigerator can be found in the bar table and no foodware is provided, and I hope dishes and some basic utensils can be provided in order to make the most of bar table space.

Right near the train station but very quiet so central location, the hotel has very spacious rooms and balconies with everything a traveler could want and more, the design and service were terrific. We couldn’t have had a better stay, beautiful!
