An AMAZING stay. Very organized facilities. Bathroom, shower and room were all very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, probably my top hostel stay to date (and I have stayed at numerous).

The location was perfect, less than 5 min walk from subway station.
Had convenience stores, Starbucks and shopping within walking distance.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The facilities were clean and modern, plenty of storage space even in the shared room.
The bunk got a little warm after closing the curtain and I think it would have become uncomfortable after more than one night.

Really convenient location in a peaceful area and it’s just a station away from Hakata Station
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful
Facilities were clean and decent and still felt quite new
The showers are only on the 2nd floor but there are toilets on each floor
Bed was comfy and spacious enough to fit a few clothes and a backpack on the side and there’s also a tiny mirror on the wall
I was able to ask for an extra pillow for ¥100 which I could use for my entire stay
It was quiet enough at night and you can ask for free earplugs if needed
A new bath towel is given every day
The allotted locker is big enough to fit a big backpack
The lounge area at the top floor was nice and chill
Price was slightly higher than the usual price of similar accommodations but I guess it was reasonable enough given the convenience of the location
There was free breakfast each morning but it was mainly just cereal and assorted breads with some jam and butter
On my last day after checking out, I wanted to temporarily leave my luggage at the luggage storage room they have on the ground floor since I still had the rest of the afternoon to explore, but it was already too crowded

Our family of 4 LOVED this hostel. It is beautiful, clean, comfy and we loved the breakfast "snacks" that were offered each morning. I was hesitant to stay in a hostel--that's not how we usually travel--but the shower rooms were great, offered privacy and comfort. (I felt more like it was a ladies locker room at a tennis club or country club, Japanese style.) We stayed directly across from 2 very clean bathrooms so that ended up being quite easy too. The 'Ship Cat' art throughout made me smile. My bunk had thoughtful touches like a ledge for my device and easy charging access. All of us from ages 17-65 loved our stay here. Location worked perfectly for our travels. Thank you We Base!

Gran location, clean spaces, kitchen area was great for socializing, and the staff was lovely.
I found the bed to be quite small and not so comfortable. Also they charge for everything.. 100 yen for an extra pillow, I found it a bit ridiculous

The shows wasn’t clean one of the times I went there. Ofcourse sometimes it can be beyond the power of the hostel, but nevertheless a bad experience.

The common room/kitchen on the top floor was nice. Shower rooms and toilets clean.
The windows in the rooms can not be opened. We had a private room with a bunk bed, which was almost too small for our luggage.

Location was great, modern facilities and good atmosphere. Basic but good (western) breakfast included, lovely communal space. Shared bathrooms are clean and spacious.
The 4-person bunkbed room is literally 2 bunkbeds and a little space in between in a closed room. Very thin matrass, not comfortable. This room was too expensive for what we got.

Very good value for money - super clean. We we worried about the shared showers but they were absolutely fine - plenty of availability and clean. Staff were helpful - if you are parking in the recommended carpark make sure you go to the reception first for a lower cost

The top floor lounge was very cozy, the breakfast was very simple but good enough if you are in a hurry and just need a quick snack :).
Good for a night or two as the rooms are a bit small, but clean.
I think the only thing that bothered me was the loud fan in the room, but at least the room was well ventilated at all times.
(So I guess, you win some you loose some?)
