It was the best place to stay. Had only one night but everything was top notch. The lady who checked me was really fluent in English and offered to help in planning where all to visit . She is an asset to this place .

Location is having both world of rural and urban life. Accessibility to Subways, attractions and food is an Ace!

My stay at Webase was nothing short of extraordinary. One of the first things that struck me was the thoughtful design of the hostel. Cleanliness is surpassed my expectations. The entire place was impeccably maintained, from the common areas to the dormitories. I felt reassured knowing that cleanliness was a top priority here. The stuff were super friendly and helpful. I had a emergency medical condition on Sunday ( Most of the hospitals closed on that day), the stuff patiently called all resources and helped me to check all the possible details. It was so thoughtful. I can't wait to return!
If the breakfast could contain some protein.

Nice clean hostel. My four bed dorm was comfortable, quiet and clean. There was also a well-equipped kitchen and social space upstairs which was great. All staff were super nice too.

Central location, very clean and secure, helpful and friendly staff, great value for money, loved the roof top lounge and free breakfast - which was unexpected.
Bunk mattresses were a bit thin but still ok.

The common room and kitchen were really great, free morning snack was a bonus. We had a private bunk room for 4 and it was tiny! With a bit of family cooperation we made it work. Bathroom and showers were awesome though. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great place to stay as long as you're prepared for lack of space, we were out a lot so didn't really matter to us in the end.

Very helpful staff and friendly. They all seemed to enjoy working there with positive attitude. Bathrooms were very clean. AM small breakfast was bread,yogurt,cereal but helpful to start the day.
Room was so tight for us 3 with luggage but we managed and are used to Japanese sized rooms.
