Nothing special honestly, the room was clean. The front desk staff tried their best to help!
It’s extremely far from everything you want to visit in Fukuoka (that was bad planning from us). The breakfast buffet is not under warm lamps so everything turns cold super quick.

Had a fantastic city stay with my family while on a work trip. The hotel was sparkling clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Loved the convenience of free parking, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Made our stay both comfortable and memorable!

I booked this hotel last minute and I already know the consequences as a foreign tourist. Here are the positive comments I can give during our stay here. Our room is very clean. The space is decent for a family of 4 with a crib. The front desk are very nice and helpful, they don't speak english but they use a translator app to communicate with you. The restaurant nearby is very good and affordable. The breakfast buffet is decent, but for me I would skip it for the reason of waiting line unless I'm up really early and be there at 6am for the breakfast buffet. If you like a peaceful and quiet place to stay, this hotel is great for you.
This hotel is not for foreign tourist, taxi fare to hakata city area would cost you 2900-3300 yen. This area is far from the tourist spots and shops. It is very hard to get a taxi in this area, you have to ask the front desk to get you a taxi. No bottle water and toiletries inside your room. For drinking water you have to get it from the water dispenser at the 3rd flr, using your own bottle water or buy at the vending machine at the 1st flr. Toiletries are at the front desk area you just get it whenever you want it, including extra bath towels, slippers, etc.

Best fit for drive-your-own-car visitors. Convenient location and big car park. What I like most is its self-service laundry room set up at each floor. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Amenity and breakfast were great. Staff are friendly, and the facility was clean. Dinner there are two options located right next to the hotel. Big car park where we could park our car was good point. ?
Requested 1 extra bed. It was $5000. Could communicate in English in regard to it. Also the beds were very comfortable. The room isn't big, but good for money.
Not dislike. But the bathtub is small. I just like a big one...
