There was no drinking water provided. They should at least state that upon check in or like in other hotels provided water dispensers within the hotel. They provided coffee (which we appreciated) but no drinking water.

Be careful if you have 2 large suitcases. Depending on your room they don't quite fit under the bed taking up majority of the walkway. I'd say the size is standard for Japanese hotels but the desk takes up valuable space. However, as it is a business travel oriented hotel this was our fault. Otherwise everything was good

The building’s internal tempurature is under centralized heating, meaning less control over the tempurature; I preffer airconditioners.

Locaiton is very good
Breakfast is not good. I can skip it in someday. The staff (woman) was not polite, i came to get breakfast at 9am (according to the sign that specific limit time at 9am but you can stay until 9.30am) but the woman looked at me with unwelcome face. Compared to the Man in the kitchen was very welcome.

Quiet and a bit near to hakata station but if you are going to shop a lot, the place is not ideal for walking while carrying a lot of shopping bags.
A bit cramped room. Walls are dirty.

The hotel is in good location, walk from Hakata station Chikushi exit around 10 mins. (near train station and bus terminal) Easy to find convenient store, restaurant, shopping mall, but not too noisy. I am not smoking but got the smoking room type for 3 nights, so the staff kindly support me by did the ozone sterilization to eliminate tobacco odors. They provide 2 types of pillow: the thick one and the thin one.
They change the towel and throw the trash everyday, but do the cleaning and bed making every other days. I am fine with this policy but I found someone's contact lens and hair tie (which is definitely not mine) in the room. Maybe they don't do the cleaning properly. I tried to use humidifier but found that it was covered by coffee stain.

The hotel was well-placed for the station which meat it was also fairly convenient for the various bits of sight-seeing that we wanted to do. Reception desk staff were pleasant and there was a surprising little "sweet treat" available in the lobby each afternoon - one per guest (although some people can't count!) which was appreciated.
The room was exceptionally cramped and the steep step into and out of the bathroom 'pod' was far from ideal for older clients. The breakfast choices were poor , especially for vegetarians, compared with other hotels we stayed at during this trip.

Very Good
Room is clean and perfect for two people. Location is close to Hakata Station and everything you need is a walking distance. We have stayed at this hotel for most of our visits to Fukuoka.
