Central location to lots of shopping and eating. Breakfast sets were delicious ans filling.
Small rooms and breakfast rate was for cafe located inside hotel which took awhile to be seated. No parking or discount for using nearby parking garage.

The front desk staff were great. They were courteous, professional, informative, and very helpful. They had excellent recommendations. The breakfast was okay. Adequate. The restaurant was connected to the hotel and convenient to go to.
I could hear the muffled conversations of the occupants in the next room. It's possible they are just normally loud.

Best location in Tenjin. You can walk 100-200 m to Tenjin minami station and walk 5-10 mins to Tenjin station as well.
Check-in 3 pm. Not good for who comes in morning flight

No amenities. Not even earbud stick. No brush for woman. The room censor light is ridiculous. It turns on even if you stretch your hands on bed. The light ill affects my sleep!

The location of the hotel was great! It was minutes from Tenjin-minami Station and Tenjin Station, Mitsukoshi & Daimaru departments stores, Canal City Mall, yatai stalls and many restaurants. Although the rooms are on the small size, it was to be expected for the great rates. The rooms were very clean with daily change of towels & trash bins. The reception staff were extremely helpful & professional. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very convenient location with Tenjin & Tenjin-minami station, Daimaru & Mitsukoshi Department stores within a 5 minute walk. In the opposite direction the yatai stalls & Canal City Mall were a little over 5 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants in the Tenjin area. The room was simple, the shower stall was pretty fancy for the type of room and everything was very clean. The reception staff was very professional & helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very nice spacious room with an amazing shower and bathroom. Bed is really comfortable and in a very convenient location. Lots of places too choose from and im happy I picked this location! Very nice staff, helped me through check in and checkout! Very professional!
Price, it's very common in japan to have very expensive hotel rooms. It's just something that's alot diffrent than what I'm used too. But for the price for this hotel room was decent compared too the others I've been too
