Very smooth check-in and check-out. The space was huge for Japan standards. We had 2 suites of 3 persons each due to the 1 bathroom-sharing in each suite. It was a nice experience for us 6 to hang out, have dinner and drinks in each suite per night. It was steps away to a 711 for our kombini runs and a few minutes to the Yanagabashi Rengo Market with a supermarket right next to it for our sashimi bfast and shopping for mochi, strawberries, and groceries to take home. On the other direction of the apartment, we got to visit the Sumiyoshi shrine.
It is far from the metro and we found ourselves taking taxis home. While they offered to keep our bags on our last day, they could only hold it until 4pm.

I like that the place is close to Hakata Station and Canal City mall. The size of the property easily accomodated 5 adults. The staffs were very helpful and nice.

I guess it's for safety reasons, but I wish a knife, scissor, chopping board and some plates will be helpful.

Spacious! A plain 2 bedroom apartment with a double bed in one room; and 2 singles and 2 futons in the other room. The open plan living area has a small living area with a 2 seater couch and tv, a small kitchen and dining table and chairs. There is a separate toilet and bath/shower with washing machine. It is close to Canal City and plenty of food nearby. Reception was friendly and even minded our bags as our flight left in late afternoon.

The large family room was spacious including a separate bedroom for parents and had all of the Japanese hotel conveniences you become accustomed to. Great location in Sumiyoshi makes it easy to walk to nearby attractions at Hakata, Canal City, Tenjin and Yakuin and to catch the bus and train all across Fukuoka
The onsite coin operated car park is small with only 3 useable spaces but there is plenty of other coin parking around

Location
We were locked out of our room for at least an hour at 11pm as the digital door lock would not open. The after hours contact would not answer, after trying several times I did get an answer and he came and opened our door with the key

The location was great, close to most things we were planning on our last day. The apartment was the largest we have stayed in while in Japan. It had a table to eat breakfast (not on a bed)
We were a party of 4. Our son is 6”2’ so the bathroom space was a bit short for him (low roof and shower). The teenagers slept on the futons while we took the beds. The beds were so hard they were like sleeping on a concrete floor and the pillows nearly as hard. Compared to our other stays the apartment was a little under resourced for cooking in.
