1. The location is not far from Hakata station (walking around 5-8 mins) and very close to the convenience store. 2. The room is so comfortable for the guest 1 person. 3. The breakfast is delicious for me. 4. The staff are very nice and polite.

the concept of getting the toiletries is superb... I like the toilet, its super clean :)... Location is okay, walking distance to JR Hakata Station. Value for money is okay too... Will book again to this hotel when I get back to Fukuoka.
I seldom see the older male staff smile. But the female staffs are wearing their big smile :)

Fantastic location very close to Hakata Station and downtown. Within walking distance to the great parks and food stalls. Easy to find, much closer to the station in real life than on the map. Good choice of restaurants close by. Enough space for the luggage.
The weather :-))) We expected much warmer weather at the beginning of November.

Clean and well-maintained property; very near to Hakata JR train station, has a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby the property; inhouse b/fast is simple and healthy, not much choices though; highly value for money given the proximity to JR Station and quality of the room

Helpful staff who were used to storing luggage until check in. About 5-10 minute walk from station. Breakfast was Japanese style but good.
