There's no real view outside the window, so it might feel a little claustrophobic since the room is already quite small. Only enough space to keep one small suitcase organised. Room was clean and well kept. Its not enitrely soundproof, but not enough to keep you up.

7minute walk from the station. The breakfast is more than sufficient, and the breakfast staff are exceptionally friendly. The front desk is also very helpful. The room is small but clean. Great value for money.

The room was clean. The location was near the jr station which was great for shopping and traveling to other cities. The staff was excellent. It's near Hakata Ikkousha ramen shop which has really strong funky tonkotsu. I loved it if you like funky broths.

Location, traditional Japanese breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable western style beds. In room fridge, water kettle, hair dryer. Complimentary amenities on each floor like slippers robes, extra blankets, tea packets, body sponges, shavers, hair brush. Coin laundry on the 2nd floor (you may need google translate to help with usage). It only took 100 yen coins (to wash was 300 yen and drying was 100 yen)
The room seemed a bit worn but was still functional and comfortable. I really cant complain. For me it was a very good accommodation. The only laundry room was on the 2nd floor but at least they had one

Location
The room was too dusty. I had no days where I dont have to wipe my ipad and phone screens. There were even dusts on my camera lenses. There was also a visible water stain on the shower. They also have a last order for breakfast at nine which is confusing and misleading when they adverise that it’s until 9:30.

Love it's location. Convenient stores restos around the area and Hakata station. Breakfast is decent but I hope they change the menu often. It's the same everyday and when you are staying long you don't enjoy it anymore. Maybe for short stay it's fine. They only clean the room every three days. Every 2 days would be better.

Convenient location, different konbinis nearby, space is comfy enough for solo travelers. You can leave luggage after checkout until 9pm.
Might take a while for aircon to cool the room; slightly burnt smell when you enter newly cleaned room but it goes away eventually; a bit of dust on the corners next to the table

I had a nice stay. The location was not far from Hakata Station with a lot of convenient stores around. The room was clean.
The bathroom drain was a bit stuck and the water didn't go down quickly. But I was mostly busy with work and didn't tell the hotel staffs to fix it but it's still okay for me.
