Wonderful
Location is great, close to Hakata station with lots of shops and restaurants near by, very convenient. Hotel is pretty new, staffs are friendly and helpful. Although the room is small, but it still got all the standard amenities; enough power outlets.
Room was so small that a 26" luggage couldn't even open...

The proximity to Hakata Station is great. Several konbinis are located a few meters (7-eleven & Lawson) from the hotel. You can easily plan your itinerary. The staff are very accommodating.

It's very close to Hakata station and you can go between them almost completely underground if you use the P4 exit. It's also close to Canal City. I used the laundromat recommended in the room guide and it was great. I also liked the room layout, with the shower separate. The shower itself was fantastic with multiple sprayers, maybe one of the best I've ever had.
The room was showing some wear, but nothing major. English also isn't as ubiquitous as you'll find in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, but I was still able to work out extending my check-out time for 1000 yen per hour.

Clean, cool shower function
pilliow gave me a sore neck. COST was way too expensive for what we got Small room. osaka was cheaper.

The rooms were small but comfortable. Good location close to Hakata station and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The mattress is a bit too soft for people who have back issues like my mother, just a heads up when booking.

Excellent location to the bus and train terminals
The facility was a bit too basic. Could had added a little touch. It was very hard to find the light switches. Perhaps label better?

The location is great, close to the station and there is a few restaurants closeby. The staff was super friendly and room was clean!
As someone who does not really enjoy a salty breakfast, the options were quite limited but the food was presented nice and area was clean
