The room was very comfortable with luxurious amenities, including a robe. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the bar appetizers and drinks were yummy, too.

The room wasn't large, but it was cozy, nicely decorated, and very clean. All necessary toiletries were provided, and it was very quiet in the evenings and at night. The staff were also very friendly. Above all, the breakfast menu was diverse and delicious. If I come to Fukuoka again, I will stay at this hotel again. For reference, it takes about 20 minutes by bus from the international airport and less than 10 minutes on foot from Kyoto Train Station.

Disappointing
The location was near enough to the canal walk. The breakfast has a mixture of different variety to choose. Had a bar to relax and chill at night after a long day.
The car park was far and was not cheap. During my check in the receptionist couldn't understand me even with a translation device. She doesn't listen. Secondly, the rooms were too small for the price. I think this hotel can do much better than this level. It has potential and a lot of growth to improve themselves if they are willing.

Perfectly located. Not too far or not to near from Hakata Station. A good 6 minutes walk. close enough to return to hotel when you have stuff that you want to unload. Room was just the right size. Nice shower area.
Breakfast choices could have changed during our stay for variety which would have been fantastic. Other than that, there isn't anything that I would change.

Only the location which is not exactly very near the subway station.
Breakfast buffet very limited, worst coffee i have so far tasted in a hotel. I would have preferred a 3 in 1 coffee instead what they offered. Only oolong tea and diluted apple juice for breakfast, no other choice. Room and facilities already outdated, maybe it's time to repair/refurbish/renovate the rooms. Staff at the front desk not very welcoming and helpful.
