Great location near Hakata Station. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby including a Supermarket. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location close to the station, quiet rooms, and friendly staff.
The room had the outlets in a weird spot - right above the head of one bed, but not the other.

Breakfast was so good. My mom especially loved this more than usual hotel breakfast buffet. She did wish that the fish on the bento option had clearer explanation because I had salmon on the weekend, but she didn't get to have that, so she was a bit disappointed.
I did notice wifi resetting couple of times and restroom light going off randomly. Also toilet bidet didn't have the wind option, but that's a minor thing.

The hotel is close to the Hakata station. Just a few minutes walks. We were able to leave our baggage before check-in and after check-out. The cancellation time is 5pm the day before is a special bonus.

Great location, very close to the Shinkansen entrance of Hakata Station. Staff were all wonderful. A young man who worked at the front desk spoke English really well, and he went up to our room, while we were out eating dinner, and troubleshooted the TV remote for us. We really appreciated his enthusiasm and helpfulness.
Of all of the Richmond hotels we've stayed at in Japan, this one felt like it was the most run down, almost shabby, which seemed kind of strange, since it was also the most expensive. The breakfast was a choice between several set menus. The two options we chose were fine. By far, though, we have preferred the wonderful buffets offered at other Richmond hotels we've stayed at, e.g., Akita, Sendai, and Kagoshima.
