Those hidden charges of $200/day is a scam which really turns me off , those charges should be inform when booking. Since we are travelling on a budget our money is limited .

1. Tenjin is the busiest area in Fukuoka, and the hotel is one corner from the Main Street. Convenient enough but not noisy. 2. The double room is spacious for Japan. 2 of us could open 3 pieces of luggages and we can still walk around.
If the lighting can be designed better for multiple-purpose use, it would be perfect.

TenJin is amazing and the location is great! Near parco and multiple malls and train stations so it’s easy to move around, near multiple yatais, combini stores and coffee shops! The rooms are very spacious and the desk is good in case you need to use your computer

The hotel was in a very good location, close to transportation, shopping and many good restaurants. It was very clean. We also appreciated the coin laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was a little small but certainly adequate. The seating area was very tight. There was not much room to lay out a suitcase or to hang up clothes.

The staffs are nice and speak politely. Location is very near to train station, which is a plus. Just the room abit small. Overall we are happy with the stay.

Location Good variety of breakfast choices
Mattress is too soft and I felt like I slept on the wooden bed frame Would be better if there is 2 day menu cycle as I stayed for a week and I ate the same breakfast for the whole week Room is too dark No bath chair , anti- slip for bathtub and bathroom for guest to borrow so I ordered the above 3 on line and sent to hotel in advance
