Wonderful
It was already our third stay in this hotel. The location is just very good and the staff is very friendly. The bathroom on the first floor is big enough and nice, even though it was very crowded.
Nothing to complain about except that the room had a lot of street noise because it faced the train station. You could hear the trains.

Easy to the hotel from the airport , just take a bus then arrive the bus terminal in hakata in front of the hotel. Many restaurants , easy to take metro ,trains , bus all just few minutes walk, onsen is the excellent one, relax myself after one trip.

Good
Onsen was nice and was open until 1:00AM. Amenities were good too including the convenience store on the 1st floor.
There is literally no room to put your luggage. That was a bit hard to deal with especially when you are travelling internationally. For Japan domestic travel, it will suffice. Breakfast was a bit pricey at 1800yen. Carpet in the bathroom is not good as it smelled like urine all the time - why would someone do that?

Pleasant
The location is great. Steps away from Hakata station with great connectivity to the city and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was quite walkable, even at night.
We especially appreciated the connected convenience store, which made it easy to grab a morning coffee, light snack, or pack of sunscreen before heading out to the beach.
The staff were matter-of-fact and spoke English. While there was no option to check in early, they graciously held our backs before check-in and again after check-out.
The room was old. The wallpaper was stained, and the outlet was covered in some kind of tacky dust-like substance. We also noticed a hair in the shower that did not come from either me or my partner. The room didn't feel dirty, but I was disappointed nevertheless.
I have two palm-sized tattoos, which prevented me from going to the sauna. This is normal in Japan and to be expected. However, I am inclined to believe the previous reviewer who said that the room is overpriced if you don't use the sauna facilities.
We are relatively local travelers (from Seoul) who came for a long weekend. We brought two carry-on's and a backpack, but we were still overcrowded. If you are coming with larger baggage for a longer stay, even as a solo traveler, I think you might feel a bit constricted.
For this kind of pre-fab hotel, I have had much better experiences (and value) staying in competitor hotel brands.

Location is close to Hakata station and bus terminal. Has their own onsen.
It was old and the hallways were dark and seemed old. The bathroom smelled so moldy that I bathed and showered both nights in the Onsen facility. There was a dried up pair of contact lens in my room when I arrived. I couldn't open the door to my room with my one medium size luggage inside the room--it is way too small for the price you pay. Also it wasn't clean.

Location
The hotel is a bit dated. Compare to the hotel we stayed in Fukuoka (same chain), it's a lot more basic.

Large public bath and sauna. Close to Hakata station. There is a convenience store on the first floor. There is a coin laundry. There is enough water pressure in the shower room.
The door of the bathroom in the room is poorly constructed and cannot be locked. Lace curtains are dirty. The room is small and there is no space to open the suitcase. If you don't use the public bath, you feel the price is high.
