Location convenient to Hakata station and many restaurants and stores.

Good
Clean normal hotel room.
Dont book the with breakfast option if your room rate included a free stay of the child (11 year old will sleep in your bed), since the breakfast of the child is not included in that option. Instead book on site if you want to breakfast to avoid confusions. I assumed when booking that it included all guest for breakfast and was told not, only the adults.

Good
The hotel is in a quiet street very near Hakata station.
The staff - in our many visits to Japan, it was my family’s 1st time to experience unfriendly, unhelpful, almost-rude hotel staff.

Wonderful
Very nice staff! And very hospitable. It was near the Hakata station so that was awesome! We went to a massage place around the corner and got reflexology which felt great! And near lots of restaurants and conbini
Room was just a bit small. But not a big problem.

Very Good
The hotel was very close to the hakata station, right across the street and one more street over. I booked a single room and I consider it spacious, having stayed at other Japanese hotels with almost no space to open your luggage. The breakfast was ok. Overall the facility was well kept and new.

I like the location; it's convenient for travel

Good
The location of the hotel is close to the train station so it's convenient in that sense. There's also a starbucks and grocery and 7/11 nearby. There's an inclusive free drink but it's during the period that guests are often away so we didn't really get to enjoy this one.
The room was quiet small considering it was supposed to be just me and my mother in law. It's good that we booked two rooms since the double room is just good for 1 person ideally. There's also nowhere to lay out a luggage. Our room didn't have any kind of view at all and the room AC runs a little warm.

Efficient, clean, good location from Fukuoka Station.
My room location was directly next to the elevator and made it nearly impossible to get a good sleep.

Pleasant
The convenient of booking it, plus it was closed to city and airport
That it can be more clean especially in the bathroom (toilet was dirty and bath curtain had a strong mildew odor)

The services are just too port for such a high class hotel, it’s one my worst experience I have ever seen in hotels, expensive and bad management
