The staff wasnt helpful at all specially at breakfast. The breakfast was to expensive for what you get. Time for breakfast is 7am to 10am and at 8:30am was not butter, no orange juice left. We also ask to heat up a glass of milk and the staff said no. Its unbelievable

Wonderful
If you like walking you can get.far from here, comfortably walking to many locations, almost all.shrines, the art museum even to the park and tower. Otherwise easy acces to bus or subway. Staff is really friendly and helpfull.

Its only a short walk from the bus terminal where we came from.
The soundproofing was poor- we could hear people talking and the staff going about their cleaning(moving and knocking things around) and vacuuming. There was also no complimentary water in the rooms, which is quite sad. Those who dont like to drink direct from tap will have to boil water or go buy some. The front of house didnt really greet you and had long faces like they didnt want to be there.

The location is great ...and found that Fukuoka city is quite a small one, everything seems close !
This time of the year ALL hotels tripled their rates ...in normal time the hotel rates are one third of what I paid during this Festival summer period !
