Really enjoyed the common areas including female shared bathroom which is very clean and spacious, lobby shared area where I could chill until late in the night and feel safe with other travellers.
The dormitory room was clean and mostly quiet. However, there are inevitable people coming in and leaving in the middle of the night every hour (2am, 3am, 4am, etc), so it was difficult to get quality sleep. Also, I felt very self conscious whenever having to open my luggage in the room as I didn't want to interrupt others sleeping or block other's way, maybe there should be a separate area on the same floor to chill or simply to get something from luggages.

It's close to Hakata station which is convenient, but it's not really downtown.

The location is good, easy to find the way, 10 mins far from hakata station. Bright and warm lobby, kind staff. Room is very clean, enviroment is quiet. Bed is comfort not too soft nor too hard. You can rest and have a good spleep there.

Good value! It’s closer to Higashi-Hie metro station by walking, much closer to Hakata station.
Their bed is a bit too firm for me.

ROOM/ Nice and clean LOCATION/ An easy walk with luggage, approximately 8-10 minutes to the station. FACILITIES/ Nice and clean. I love that there's a shared refrigerator in the hallway on each floor. There are plenty of shower rooms and enough seating with a sink, hair dryer, etc. in the ladies' shower area. The lobby is really nice and conducive to socializing and resting, with a great vibe
FACILITIES: It's a bit cold in the hallway during winter, especially if you need to go through it in the middle of the night for the toilet.

The Quad Room would be best for families. The room is quite ok by Japan standards. Bathroom is likewise clean and meets our needs. The International Staff was awesome and were happy to help with all questions and concerns.
The room is carpetted and might expectedly be dusty. It might be best to forego of the carpet if it is possible. That would be great.

There are many free spaces for the guests to chill, cooking, and eating. Such a lovely place.
I stay in the female dormitory, i think the ladder for bunk bed was a bid difficult for me to climbed up or down. Plus, there is no space for the guest to leave the luggage in the dorm, it feels like if you come early you can get the space.

Pretty close to JR Hakata (8-10 mins) And the subway line is one stop from the airport! Staff were really nice and friendly with my questions and requests. Like getting clean towels each night! I usually wouldn't mind it but I was in the female dorms so not enough space to dry the towels.
Unfortunately the female dormitory was on the same floor as other guests and I wouldn't mind but the showers and bathrooms were around the corner not across. And the showers were not locked. Only a single sign "Only for female guests staying at the dorms, other guests aren't permitted inside " Along those lines. My fear of having someone walk in there did happen. The night before I checked out some guest just opened the door to see what it was like. I told them it was for the female dorm guest please don't do that. On my last day a lot of women from the dorms left. Except me and two more. When I went to the shower room to fix my hair. A saw a woman by the sink but two were showers were occupied. But I saw one woman was still in the dormitory so I was surprised. Who are the other two. Of course a man came out of the shower and was talking to the women by the sink. I pretty much froze. And then another woman came out of the shower and we looked at each other and knew they weren't supposed to be here. The guy quickly left and I told staff when I left. They were guest staying in the room next to the showers. I've stayed at other places and they always keep the female dormitory separate. If you're staying at their normal rooms go ahead. But as someone who wanted a female dormitory I would not be staying here again. I didn't feel comfortable. Please add a lock or scanner that works for female dormitory guests.

To my surprise it’s very stylish in design. Room is very clean and the staff are very kind and willing to help on all your needs. Breakfast included was provided by the cafe at the street intersection and very delicious!
If the laundry machines can be upgraded to front loading type, it will improve guest experience. My clothes was torn a bit by the old style machines.
