The environment is quite good and the staff are nice.
It would be better to let me know it is unavailable for me to have a lower bed as the staff replied that it could be arranged for me through the message box before that.

Extremely convenient location just one stop away from the airport, and a walkable distance to Hakata station. Comfortable beds!

Really enjoyed my stay at Montan Hakata, clean, convenience, and comfortable. The hostel is close to both the airport and major train station (Hakata), I walked to the hostel from the airport on my arrival and it took me only few mins. One to be recommended.

1.Dorm room have no luggage storage place. 2.shower room is not enough in peak time. 3.no hot water dispenser . Many people wait for water boiler.

Front of desk were friendly, polite and can speak English well. The room with ensuite was perfect for our needs. The hotel and the room were very clean. We all loved the beds and pillows, and the extras like the robes. The location was perfect for catching the shinkansen from Hakata Station. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Fukuoka.

To my surprise its very stylish in design. Room is very clean and the staff are very kind and willing to help on all your needs. Breakfast included was provided by the cafe at the street intersection and very delicious!
If the laundry machines can be upgraded to front loading type, it will improve guest experience. My clothes was torn a bit by the old style machines.
