Good
The bar and lobby were great and fun to be in. The decor of the lobby was also nicely done. Parking was great and the person taking care of the parking is lovely and incredibly helpful. Very well located, you will be near all your points of interest, restaurants and more.
The projector room wasn’t worth it for us. Specially if you are tall, the projector is quite uncomfortable as your feet end up touching it while you sleep. It wasn’t the cleanest, there were hairs stuck to the shower head and other places.

Good
The style of the foyer/bar was well done and live DJ adds good energy to the scene.
The digital check in worked but was a bit awkward. Maybe we didn't read a heads-up email somewhere.
The ceiling of the bathroom could do with a clean. Other than that, the cleanliness was fine.
I hope someone fixes the glitchy screens in the foyer/bar one day. It detracts from the 'cool' vibe.

Lively vibe. Lobby bar and lounging space were very cool and comfortable. Location was convenient with transportation steps away, a convenience store around the corner and an easy walk to great restaurants, yatai and other entertainment.

Good
The hotel is decent overall and offers good value for the price. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and pleasantly exotic — definitely a highlight of the stay.
Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was very poor. The staff came across as arrogant and dismissive, making guests feel as if they were asking for favors instead of receiving basic hotel services.
This was the only hotel that refused to assist with luggage forwarding between hotels. Rather than helping or offering alternatives, we were repeatedly sent to the convenience store, which felt like an easy way to avoid responsibility.
The biggest disappointment was the staff’s attitude. That alone significantly affected an otherwise good stay.

The location is great! Same block as Ichiran Main. Bus stop and metro station really close. Walking distance too to a local Don Q, convenience stores and pharmacy.
It’s central air conditioning. Can’t really control the temperature for yourself. Good thing it was Autumn during my stay and my floor was high enough that I can safely open a window to cool the room down.

Fair
The location was very convenient to where we wanted to go.
The rooms were smaller than what we needed and the shower area was always backed up with water meaning it wouldn’t drain fast enough. When we asked for room cleaning they had left a dirty rag on the floor and one of our mugs were left with coffee still in it. Plus one of our towels were not changed because it was still on the shower rod where we left it.

Disappointing
Starting with the good, the lobby is very cool, it feels classy, has good vibes of music playing, a bar to get whatever drinks you want at and a fancy restaurant right in the lobby area. If you purchase the breakfast with your stay you get a very fancy feeling breakfast that tasted pretty good! On top of this from 5:30-6:30PM there are free drinks at the bar, which was awesome. A bit hard to take advantage of though if you're out exploring the town. Everything down here feels great and high end. They have a bunch of items you can rent, and the staff never mentioned it to us and we didn't find out till check out but you can even rent bicycles for the day!
And for the bad, this place was in the $150-$180 a night range for our stay and by far from everywhere we stayed in Japan on our month long journey this room was the smallest and most cramped. It was absolutely terrible. With 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks there was no where to put our luggage without it being in the way and having to constantly move things. My wife and I were constantly feeling cramped and claustrophobic and just wanting to not be in the room. There was no control for the AC just a off, low, or high setting. The bathroom was absymally cramped with a tiny tub, bad water pressure, and the drain constantly getting clogged. It was also so dark in the bathroom, trying to shower with the curtain drawn felt like you were in a dungeon, you couldn't see to shave or anything. The bed was also small, at 6'2 my feet were hanging off the bed.

Beautiful shared spaces and a great vibe. Easy location. Helpful service. Cosy room.
Heating / cooling is centralised so you can't adjust temperature in your room. Not a big issue as I was comfortable even in the heat and humidity.

Wonderful
Location was excellent! Easy to access the underground malls and avoid the heat.
Room was dark, and the A/C did not work well, but staff were very helpful, moving our room and providing a fan.

The hotel was in downtown. Easy access to everything.
The air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. It was hot in the room. Also the inside of the room was a little tight.

Exceptional
The venue is designed for gathering and meeting strangers that very quickly become friends. The happy hour was a great touch as well.
The food was phenomenal!!
The rooms even with AC were hot and stuffy. It wasn't till we were on our way out we could have requested a fan.
