Location was within 10 mins of the main station, rooms were a good size and clean. Hotel has basic workout machines and a few cardio options.
No laundry option but there was a coin laundry down the road. Gym equipment could’ve had better options.

The location is just walking distance to the airport. Right out from the hotel, there are 2 cafes available - The Local Coffee Stand and Fuglen Fukuoka which feeds my daily dose of caffeine. Convenient stores are also nearby. We got the Chapter 4 deluxe room which is big enough to fit 4 adults with 5x24” suitcase.

Good location. Just a 10mins walk to Hakata station. There is a convenient shop just 1 min walk away, and 2 more another 3 mins away.
When we first checked in, we got a musty smell in the bathroom. Then I realised that it came from the shower curtains. Was a bit taken back by this. We informed the reception the next morning and they changed it. It still had a faint smell but we just put up with it this time. The hot water was not very hot too. The previous 3 hotels we had been before this had hotter water even without dialing up to the max. As we were there in late December, a hot shower would have been much appreciated.

Hotel had a nice lobby, very different from any hotel I've seen so far. Rooms were larger than usual (for Japan) and cleaning service (with new pajamas and new towels) was a blessing. Coming back to a nice clean room after a busy day should not be underestimated.
Breakfast was virtually the same for our 5-day visit. Maybe hotel can switch it up a little, change menus every 2-3 days? Also, location was in a quieter part of Hakata, so some slight (10 mins or so) walking is needed to get to some dining choices and the nearby Yodobashi and JR Mall.

The location is fairly convenient and close to lots of restautants.
The overnight front desk staff didn't have sufficient level of English to answer any questions or solve any issues. She told us the wrong price for a taxi ride to the airport. Also, the people above our room were very noisy until 1am and I went down to make a complaint. However, the staff couldn't do much as her English wasn't good enough.
