Very Good
For families the bigger room size is great. Staff was helpful and fast. Luggage Storage was a real plus. Overall atmosphere was enjoyable.
Room couldn't be darkened enough, one window was letting in all light why? Breakfast was not really the quality we would expect for the hotel price.

The hotel is pretty basic, a 10-minute walk from the city's central station. The lobby is beautiful, the room is okay. Nothing special.
We found some hair that weren't ours on the beds and in the shower.

We love that it’s a 8-10 min walk from Hakata Station. It’s a spacious room for 3 people (which isn’t super common in Japan) and we also got to place all of our luggage down without it being super cramped! Staff’s friendly too. :)

Lobby is gorgeous and staff are great, also good location
This wasn't a cheap stay but the room sure felt like it. Even though the room had good size for Japan's standards, it was just a bed. The pictures only show the bathrooms as is and bedroom pictures must depict other higher cost rooms

- The location is quiet and near convenient stores. Have many underground parking spaces (fcfs), charging 1500 JPY per night. It's about 5-7 mins walk to Hakata station. - We didn't have hotel breakfast but we try the coffee shop (The Local) in front of the hotel which is really nice but it's quite pricey. - Basic amenities were provided, including towels (very tiny ones) and hair dryer. - Room size is bigger than average and the room is clean. Blackout drapes and full mirror are our favourite. There are enough space for 29' and 20' luggage together. - Check-in / Check-out is quick and easy. The staff can speak English and very helpful.
- The pillows are too thin that we merely feel nothing. The duvet is somehow not a good quality. - The fitness equipments are very few and fitness room facility is very small. - There are not so many good places to eat for breakfast and dinner.

The employees at the desk were very helpful with suggestions on nearby dining as well as helping with baggage forwarded from Kyoto!
