The hotel has a very nice ambience and modern facilities. It has an awesome lobby with a gigantic library. I love to read so this is a plus! The staff from concierge, front desk, housekeeping, dining, etc. do an excellent job with smile, good communication skills, and professionalism. The delicious Japanese breakfast buffet style was the best. The staff also helped me print the car rental voucher via email when I went to the front desk.
Nothing. Everything is good. Maybe I would suggest to have a hotel shuttle to the airport, since it’s not too far and it cost about almost 2000 yen for one way ride.

The staff
•The main light switch that controlled most of the lights is by the entrance door, very odd. If it’s not switched on you can’t turn on the bathroom lights. •The bathroom; the shower glass door had no cover. This was an issue with 4 adults traveling together •The lunch buffet sides at the restaurant that comes with your main entry. It looked more like leftovers :(

For families the bigger room size is great. Staff was helpful and fast. Luggage Storage was a real plus. Overall atmosphere was enjoyable.
Room couldn't be darkened enough, one window was letting in all light why? Breakfast was not really the quality we would expect for the hotel price.

The hotel is pretty basic, a 10-minute walk from the city's central station. The lobby is beautiful, the room is okay. Nothing special.
We found some hair that weren't ours on the beds and in the shower.

We love that it’s a 8-10 min walk from Hakata Station. It’s a spacious room for 3 people (which isn’t super common in Japan) and we also got to place all of our luggage down without it being super cramped! Staff’s friendly too. :)

Lobby is gorgeous and staff are great, also good location
This wasn't a cheap stay but the room sure felt like it. Even though the room had good size for Japan's standards, it was just a bed. The pictures only show the bathrooms as is and bedroom pictures must depict other higher cost rooms
