Excellent location short walk from Hakata station. Very friendly staff, nice spa and soap amenities available in the lobby. Room was fine, mattress comfortable. Staff was very helpful in extending my stay!

Excellent location right near Hakata station, easy walk. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent friendly staff. Very helpful. Beds were comfortable, got good sleep.

Great location & staff
The buffet breakfast is good with the choice of a main dish plus the rest. I don't recommend the noodle. French toast is popular.
Several ramen restaurants in the neighborhood. At least two always have lines outside.
The room set-up is unlike most other hotels. The bath, toilet & sink are all separate; not optimal for a small room. The sink is across the bed. The toilet is in its own closet. The bath has a tub while the rest of the space is for the shower. That large space could have easily be used for toilet & sink, freeing space for suit cases etc.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location was convenient to most of popular destinations. The facilities were a bit old and the carpet was stained. Other than these things, it is a good and nice hotel.

Great location. Just a 5-minute walk from JR Hakata Station and close to Canal City. Very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
The room was very small. Although the size was probably listed, it felt smaller than expected. There was not enough space to fully open a large suitcase on the floor.

great hotel, centrally located and only a short drag of your suitcase from the train station. conveniently located to get around the city. comfy beds and room. enjoyed my stay here. nice staff. late check in but they will hold your bags for you and forward your bags here for check in.

The breakfast was very good. The previous night I had stayed at a hotel where the breakfast cost more than twice as much, but was not as good as the breakfast at the Hotel Wing International.

The minute we stepped into the hallway of our floor, there was this pungent odour from the hallway carpet that smelled damp and mouldy. As we got to our room, upon opening the door, we realized that our room had a similar strong mouldy odour also coming from the carpet. It was suffocating to the point that none of us had a restful night of sleep. Furthermore, the bed linen was dirty, and old. When we woke up in the morning, we felt congested, and uncomfortable. We paid for three nights, but opted to leave early and moved to a different hotel instead.
Overall, we just feel very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Great location and probably the best breakfast we had during our vacation. Staff were very friendly.
Bed was a little uncomfortable and an English channel on TV may have been nice.
