I really enjoyed my stay at KOKO HOTEL Fukuoka. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

Bath accessories, luggage scale, 24 hour desk staff, clean pajamas every night.
Improvements would probably drive up the cost of the rooms, so I can't think of many more things that could be improved.

Very close to all the offerings of Hakata and Fukuoka as a whole. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Very clean and i especially liked the fact you could store your suitcases there if you travelled around a bit before coming back to stay at the hotel.
They didn’t have a proper indoor space to lock my bicycle that I hired. Had to lock it to a fence at side of the property. It’s not an issue as Japan isn’t really known for its crime or people stealing

Location is just great, very convenient, can just get something and get back to the room
Design looks a bit dated and since the carpet is black (or very dark colors), anything white is showing up like dust or skin debris, room very small unfortunately, smaller than the Toyoko-Inn I always book through Booking.com

Great location a short walk from hakata station. There's a convenience store just across the street. The room though small was comfortable and cosy. A good selection of amenities provided in the foyer including a vast range of teas. Breakfast was excellent.
Considering it's a three star hotel not the Marriott there's nothing really to fault here.

If i pay $49 per night. I think you are good hotel from breakfasts to your room and service . But i paid around $200 per night , total around $800 for 4 night . It doesn’t deserve that value. After i compared trip offer $45 per night with almost same period. I want to say it’s really bad experience for my 4 nights stay

The rooms were very clean and the location was convenient.
I wish there was a common area where we could eat or sit for awhile. They do have a few chairs in the lobby, but they’re more for waiting than lounging.

good location, accessible to all means of transportation and stores. Room was nice, very clean. You can have coffee and tea all day. But one problem is means of communication, I hope they can speak simple english.
Means of communications was really hard. So hard to talk to the staff. I hope they give free laundry service especially to guests staying five days or more.

Good location. Not far from Hakata station. Surrounding by Family mart, Lawson, 7-11 . Good hot water. Staff speaking English and very helpful.
We three stayed in triple room. The bed was too soft & Pillow too flat for me only.
