The Hotel is 4 minutes from the Train Station. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is a simple affair, but it will set you up for the morning. I personally recommend the pottage soup. There is a small library where you can sit and read or just quietly relax. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Location was excellent, staff was very courteous and helpful. They answered questions about the local attractions, cuisine, and businesses. They were also helpful when I needed another room at the last minute, and help me figure out a way to clean popcorn crumbs out of my suitcase after an attempted souvenir packaging failed
Breakfast was a little unimpressive. I would have paid extra for a better selection. Beverage selection was good, but the food was bread only.

Solid rooms with many amenities despite their small size. Smooth check-in experience and helpful staff.

The hotel is next to the train station, as well as to some key places of the city. The beds are really comfortable and the pillows too
The artificial onsen they had was really small, only 3 people were able to fit inside. Also, when I went (23h) it was really dirty

The location was great, the staff were helpful and kind, the atmosphere was peaceful, the coffee was delicious, and the availability of toiletries and tea to take to your room were convenient and much appreciated. The comfortable seating area and the availability of various reading material was an added bonus to the experience of this lovely hotel.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have the ofuro water a bit hotter. (Of course we went to the bathing area at the end of the day, so that may just be on us!)

Small room but it had all the amenities, spotless white bedsheets and towels, very clean rooms, cosmetic supplies available by the reception, light but decent breakfast included it the room fee.

nice staff. great library/lounge space that we used to get out of the small room at night. a view over the street, more space, and many interesting books to flip through, coffee machine. There is a "bath" in the hotel but we didn't use it. Pajamas in the room.
