Wonderful
Nice place to stay, clean and with good facilities. Free flow coffee and tea for the whole stay.
The room size can be slightly small compares to the other hotels we used to stay for the same price.

The property was very well located, had private baths on balconies for those with tattoos who couldn't use the public baths and staff was very helpful.
The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved (very dusty under the bed, foreign hair found on our luggage) and the rooms for two people are quite small.

It was clean and comfortable. There was no smell of old cigarette smoke anywhere that I noticed, which was great. Public bath was an added perk! Good variety at breakfast.
It is about a 10 minute walk from the station. So although not super convenient, it’s a good deal.

The lounge was enjoyable.
The onsen was quite small and smelled somewhat like chlorine. There were so many people that all of the showers were always in use. The location was quite a far walk from the station. The room was also quite small.

We would not recommend Hotel WBF
This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had in Fukuoka. I made a reservation through Booking.com for four guests over two nights, and according to my booking confirmation, I paid the total price for two standard Twin Rooms accommodating four guests. Upon check-in, we were shocked that Hotel WBF requested us to pay an additional JPY 8,800, despite not requesting any extra beds or breakfast. I cannot understand why, after paying for four guests and arriving with the same number, we were still subjected to this unreasonable overcharge. This situation has been both confusing and frustrating. I have reached out to Booking.com multiple times requesting a refund for this overcharge, but I have been informed that the property insists on not refunding the additional amount. This is simply unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel is located a bit far from Hakata train station, requiring a 15-20 minute walk, which was inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing, with the curtains showing heavy signs of mold. For the price we paid, the service and overall value were extremely poor. The soundproofing in the hotel was inadequate, and we could hear strange sounds from some kind of loudspeaker in the rooms. It is more like a place for large tourist groups. The lobby and restaurant were often loud and busy, especially during breakfast time. If you are looking for a pleasant, quality and quiet place to stay, this is not an option to be recommended. We would not recommend Hotel WBF to anyone at all. Save money and look for a better option. NEVER again!

Excellent location in the Hakata area; you can walk to all key areas of the city. The hotel has many different bed configurations so it is perfect if you don’t want to share one bed with someone. The property has a public bath facility on the 14th floor. Additionally, there is a lounge area with free tea and coffee drinks. The rooms are on the smaller side but completely functional. The beds are comfortable and you can control the thermostat directly. Overall, this is a great stay.

a very nice hotel close to the airport. good place to stay just prior to leaving fukuoka. room had attached open air hot tub. the shower is best i have experienced. it has rain shower, regular shower and mist function. also has public bath. very nice breakfast with wide choices.
only has two lifts for the whole hotel. the carpark is way too small. you can't take your car out after you parked till check out.

Staff were super helpful, polite and kind, even provided extra pillows. Nice free lounge with hot chocolate and coffees and a view.
Room had fluorescent orange decor. Cheap orange painted desk and shelf and bed board made it feel like a half way house. (They let us change room to a friendlier wooden and beige design) The room was so small that two people couldn’t be walking and standing at the same time. (12msq)
