Very Good
LOVED the breakfast! We booked this place purely for the breakfast despite being quite pricey it is so worth it! The location of this is great as it was so close to the strips of restaurants and massages as well as the fukuoka shopping centre! Also loved that they had laundry available as well! The staff are also super nice and friendly! They were very helpful with us as we needed help with using yamato for the first time! Highly recommend!
It is worth noting that you have to pick what time to have your breakfast everyday which caught us by surprise when checking in and the breakfast timing is very early in the morning and we arent morning people. We also stayed there for several nights and everytime we had breakfast we had to sit outside in the cold and winter in Fukuoka is 0 if not negative degrees. Luckily they gave blankets but we rugged up every morning. The rooms are very small and tight

Wonderful
My room is small, but it's got everything I need. Love the bathing essential they provide too. And of course, I absolutely love The breakfast. Except the egg on rice, it is alright, but not as awesome as it's advertised and I expected it would be.
The kitchen staff doesn't seem very friendly or welcoming

Very Good
The breakfast was good and it was located near the train station about 5 min walk.
It was kinda loud because of the location. You are technically in the red-light district with a lot of host/hostess bars. The windows really don't block out the sound.

Poor
Location was great, easy / free access to COffee & water is a big plus/
Biggest letdown/ disappointment is THE BREALFAST itself!!! The ONLY reason that we opt for this hotel is THEBREAKFAST!!! And for lack of better word, we think is a big RIPPED OFF as the breakfast offered was nothing even close to what had promoted on the Booking.com site. I suggested to immediately filtered or fact check teh photos on your website before other victims falls again

Wonderful
The breakfast is superb! They provide free drinking water and coffee 24 hrs. The room cleaning upon requested, and towels changing with 2 bottles of water if no cleaning-request. You can deposit the luggages both before check-in and after check-out.
The room size is quiet small

Amazing breakfast and great location
The room was too small. No space for clothes and personal belongings.
Busy space for breakfast, with no natural light, and only one coffee machine. Not so relaxing to enjoy the amazing breakfast.

Location was great for my purposes, though it's not necessarily for everyone. I liked that it wasn't right in the thick of things but still very easy to walk to most of the areas a visitor might be interested in. Breakfast was excellent - a little different than some of the hotel buffets you might be used to; I appreciated that it's not trying to be fancy or upscale but concentrated just on having excellent food, which it does, and they're rigid about the time you have to eat but it's a generous amount (either 1.5 or 2 hrs as I recall). Even better the cafe area is open all day long if you want to do some work and have a cup of coffee or whatever, or while you're doing laundry. (There's only a handful of laundry machines but I didn't have any problem finding a time to use them when the were empty).
Room size etc. is comparable to other business hotels; nothing fancy and don't expect to get any work done in the room but that's even more reason the cafe area is a big plus.

Wonderful
Location was close to the subway, lots of shopping and restaurants.
We booked a few days out and breakfast was already sold out for the 3 days of our stay. Wish there was a way to accommodate breakfast for the guests who are staying there.

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable.
The room was smaller than expected. I have stayed at two other hotels in this area. The room size was smallest of the three.

The location was great since the hotel was just a block away from 711 and 2 blocks away from Don Quijote/subway station. The hotel amenities which included a wide variety of shampoo/conditioner/bath salts, cotton swabs, cotton pads, hairbrushes, hair ties, etc were also great. The room was not large, but everything was well though of since there was enough space for our luggage, a baby stroller, and 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 10 years old). The free coffee and tea at the lobby and the free rice and soup at night was also a plus. It was also so considerate for the hotel to provide smoothies for checked-in guests who did not avail of breakfast. The breakfast selection was also great especially since it featured a lot of local delicacies and dishes. The check in and check out process was also hassle-free, with the staff at the reception being very pleasant to speak with. Our family had a great stay at The Breakfast Hotel.
It's not a deal breaker, but it was just odd that the façade of the building was made of blue tiles which made it look like a shower/bathroom area. Also, while the location was conveniently near the shopping street, the station, and a few other shops, the hotel was located in the red light district area so we had to be wary when walking around with our kids as the images of the nearby establishments were quite disturbing. Of course, we understand that the hotel can't do anything about their surroundings. Good thing though that the hotel made it up for these with their actual facilities and hospitality. Other than these, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful
Easy check in and check out. Multiple access cards per room. Bathroom not too small. And of course the free smoothies every morning!
The location was the best part. Just 5 min walk to the station and 9 min subway ride to the airport. Very convenient and ideal. It's just outside of the red light district thank god and there's a shopping arcade 2 mins away.

Good
The location is great in a way: close to stations and restaurants and things to do. The breakfast is good, as advertised. The shutters on the windows cut light perfectly. The amenities bar is pretty cool.
The location is not great in other ways: a bit hard to find (no signage on the street), next to the red light district, very noisy. The walls and windows don’t cut the sound; I could hear karaoke from the building next door. Rooms are basic business hotel size, so not much space for suitcases.
