Not very far walk from Hakata Station / Mall. Pretty easy to locate; probably just about 10-15mins walk from Hakata. Along the way between hotel and Hakata Station/Mall, there are plentiful of food options. All you need to do is be observant and take notice of restaurants and shops. Most of the restaurants we ventured into and without doing any googling for reviews on them, we found them very good food and pricing reasonable too. Hotel is good, clean, and well, in a way, provide a comfortable stay, but.....
Rooms are small! If you have many luggages then you going have a challenged! Good for couple or single traveller.

Location is good
There was 3 front stuff person at the counter, two people was helping other guest with check in. Another stuff was just standing there, completely ignoring me. So I had to wait a long time, after finally I was able to start checking procedures. This stuff person opens third window because there were Japanese person next. For such a high price I expect higher level of service. Breakfast is disappointing. Business hotel level breakfast. Maybe tourist can accept it , but as person who lived here for so many years just unacceptable.

The room is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. There are laundry machines, microwave, vending machines and also water dispensers in the hotel which is very convenient for travelers.

Wonderful
The room was a lot bigger than what the pictures showed, plus allowed for ample space to put two pieces luggage around the room without it feeling cramped. The washroom was good, and the bathtub was roomy enough to take a comfortable bath. The room service was great as it provided fresh towels everyday without even needing to coming inside the room.
Just a tiny bit away from the station (3-5 min walk), but still in a great location nonetheless. The price was also a bit expensive for a 7 day solo stay

This property is a 10-15 minutes walk away from Hakata Station. The room that we stayed is bigger than expected and the staff allowed us for early check-in.

Almost everything. The staff is friendly. The facilities are user-friendly. The number of sockets are more than one can expect. Wifi speed is satisfactory. Room size is ok considering that it is in Japan.
Only one pillow is provided, which is a bit hard. The toilet is smaller than what is normal.
