The location of the hotel was very good being very close to the subway and many restaurants. The room, elevator, and common facilities were very clean.
The cost seemed high for the size of the room. However, I do understand that cost was also because of the good and convenient location.

Location is not close to the train stop. We were lost by walking to the hotel. It took more than 45 minutes to go to the hotel. Staff no smile and no English. Not really happy when we checked in and we didn't know why. Just got our keys and enter our room.

It was close to the Tenjin station and the shopping district. You can do a lot in the area and has an accessible train line if you plan on doing a day trip.
The property seems worn out especially the bathroom. The amenities they offer is lacking but they do have daily cleaning available for the room.

I like the location of this hotel a lot. It has a bus stop right outside the door and it also is a 2 minute walk from the subway station. It’s also in a very lively area with restaurants and shopping.
The room didn’t seem the cleanest. It was not disgusting, but it could use more detail cleaning.

Had a great stay at Koko Hotel! Location was excellent - just a short walk to several bus stops and train lines that took us wherever we needed to go. We also loved being close to the underground shopping mall, which was a welcome reprieve when it was too hot or raining outside! Room was clean and the shower was spacious compared to most others in Japan. Staff were all very friendly. The restaurant connected to the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced.
The single laundry machine in the hotel does not work very well. We ran several dry cycles but our clothes were still soaked, even with a small load. We ended up having to set up our own clothes line in the room to hang dry, which was difficult as there wasn't really a spot to hang the line.
We also had a few questions about the local festival, which the front desk staff were not able to answer. Not a huge deal, but we ended up finding the information we needed at the visitor's center instead.

Location and amenities. It’s an easy walk from all the places we wanted to visit in Tenjinl, and it’s near a bus stop and train station. Amenities were provided by the hotel like toiletries, coffee and tea. Room was also spacious compared to standard Japanese hotel.
The room was a bit dusty and the pillows were too soft. You need two pillows to sleep.
