Key card to tap in during 00:00-06:00. I almost miss the flight because their were to way to exit the hotel, I call taxi and went out to show the driver due to driver came at the main road site and i'm on the other sites, when i came out i need to put my luggage in front of the lobby then the door lock and i can't get into the lobby to get my luggage. it takes serveral minute to call the staff to saw.

Great location.
Staff tried to change the reserved room. Booked a double room with two beds and manager tried to give a one bed room. Finally he understood and gave me the appropriate room. I think Booking should specify the number of beds in reservation details.

Great location, walking distance from Hakata station. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and staff were very nice and kind.
It was not easy to find it. Maybe bigger signs or just explain to the customer beforehand that the entrance nearest to the train station is beside a convenience store.

The location was very convenient to the station which I made use of to travel by train to Nagasaki and Yufuin. The Japanese breakfast was nice and filling too.
Unfortunately the window open up to see the wall of the next building. Not interesting at all.

Breakfast, both Japanese and western, was meticulously prepared. It was exquisite. Highly recommended. Staff were welcoming, responsive, and courteous. A huge shout-out to Woo-san and the counter staff who helped retrieve and keep a personal item which I had left behind in the guest room. All was sorted out within an hour. Six stars out of five for helpfulness and efficiency!!
A little disappointed, however, that my room was on the fourth floor where smoking was allowed. I had requested a non-smoking room. There was no view, leaving me a little claustrophobic. For first-time guests to the hotel, I suggest friendly reminders about safety and caution when crossing the road outside the hotel entrance. Guests should watch out for oncoming cars and bicycles.

excellent location, no issues going to hakata station with all the comforts and shopping, easy to travel out of hakata too.
the room is small, don't get the smallest room if you are travelling as a couple unless budget is an issue.

the breakfast if superb! We chose Japanese style; they served raw fish with rice in a bowl with grilled fish seperately. Food tasted GREAT.
The room was a bit small which did not bother me much. the parking fee is quite high.

Check-in was smooth and fast. The staff was also very friendly as well, and was able to explain to us on our next-day breakfast meals. The local japanese breakfast meal was also delicious and filling! :)

The property is only a few minutes walk to the station. You can pass through Deitos to get through the station. Restaurants are everywhere, get your groceries at Reganet. Buy souvenirs and have snacks at Family Mart just below the hotel. Daily cleaning and replenishing of toiletries, towels and water.
Washing machines are located only on 5th and 10th floor. Should add more machines for guest to use. High price but you get a super convenient location.

Location was perfect. Staff helpful and accommodating. Very thankful for option to have daily cleaning of room.
Breakfast could use an upgrade, maybe provide set options for Asian and Western style. Having the set meal can be food wastage, if not all dishes are consumed (raw fish, egg roll..)

Great breakfast, good service and is next to hakata station. Close to shops and restaurants.
Room is a bit small, but in Japan it is often normal that the room size is a bit on the smaller size. Did not like that the curtains where hanging above the bed (bed was against the window). Because of this we had less space on the double bed.

The staffs were very helpful, friendly and good at English. The breakfast was very good with the japanese vs western style. Room was clean with all bathrooms amenities provided. The hotel was near to Hakata station which surrounded with many restaurants and convenient store. There was also co-parking space available (but a little bit pricey).
