Excellent hotel. I want to answer some of the other reviews on Booking.com that I don’t think are fair. 1) No view - look at my view! I asked for a nice view before check in. I suggest you ask for rooms 01 to 07, the higher the floor the better. I had 705 - they also have balconies 2) No restaurants nearby. Around 15 minutes walk and there are plenty. There are two within 5 minutes walk and 2 combi close by. Their room food service is excellent 3) they had to carry their suitcases up some stairs. Well it’s a Love Hotel, most guests don’t have much luggage.
The room was huge and clean, the bathroom and jacuzzi were also huge and clean
Staff are very kind
The balcony was dusty and could do with a couple of simple chairs. It is a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car, but only about Y1,000 by taxi from night life

Lots of space, clean, huge hot tube with jets and lights that change color. Free beverages including a keg of beer in the lobby. Didn't realize this was a sexy time hotel until after check in. That said, it was a good mistake - clean, huge bed, didn't feel unsafe as a solo woman. It was actually the nicest place I stayed during my trip and I unexpectedly learned about another private side of the culture. I only stayed 1 night because it felt a little awkward and it was a bit out of the way for sightseeing.
A little out of the way. Had to take taxi rather than bus/subway due to arriving late. Listing says there is a view, which was part of why I picked it, but it is an ugly view of the port. The room had the window blocked off (you could access it with a little search h and effort, but it wasnt worth the effort.

One of the nicest room I’ve ever got in my traveling experience.
The staff were so nice from the beginning, I didn’t expect to get this fancy room I even had a slot machine In my room it was insanely funny.
The room had huge tv with Netflix, with home theater system in all the room.
There was a microwave a kettle and 3 fridges one empty and the other 2 with drinks and facilities you can purchase.
The location wasn’t so good but unless the location everything was perfect
Oh and btw do they have 24h menu u can order room service from him
Every night we order a dessert it was so good

The hotel is nice enough, but it is a strange place. It is a "love" hotel with rates advertised for stays by the hour, but I booked for two nights as a tourist in Fukuoka because it was a good price and it was a fine hotel if you can get over the strange "romantic" vibes. The bed was comfortable, the room was large with a huge TV, and it had a very nice shower and a balcony. It was quiet and private.
Location is not great, in a bit of an industrial area about 20 minutes walk away from any sort of restaurants or the rest of the city. I didn't see a single other guest during my two night stay, which was not an issue but it made the whole hotel feel a bit creepy and abandoned. Because it is a "love" hotel the room has catalogues advertising contraceptives and other intimate products available for purchase. Obviously not a place to stay with children, but if you are just visiting as a tourist then it's easy to ignore the adult themes and treat the place as a normal hotel.

The hotel is bigger than most rooms in Japan. We love the massage chair, that’s an added feature of the hotel…the big bathtub and the king bed…The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thank you!
There’s no elevator from the parking lot going to the ground floor…if you have a very heavy luggage, it’s difficult to carry heavy luggages through the stairs…

The place was nice, clean and comfortable. The also offered coffee and sodas, wich was great for us.
We could sleep perfectly the night before taking the ferry. It's near the port, so it's no near the center.
The entry and exit system, having to go through the entrance and always leaving the card, was not very comfortable for me.

The reception, the services were second to none, we were late for the breakfast order in the morning to our room, but the Lady was determined to make that happen ?
The location was a bit far from the main hub for Tourist and the reception is above ground level and we have to carry 2 big pieces of luggage up the stairs to get to the reception which was a bit too much for us considering our age

We were a bit surprised it was a sex hotel ? but everything was very comfortable and spacious. There was a bath and even a slot machine in the room. The location was very close to the ferry port and we had a great night's stay. The staff were very kind as well.
