Excellent location — very close to the subway and Hakata Station, super convenient for transport and sightseeing
Onsen available — decent and relaxing after a long day
Breakfast included — acceptable, standard Japanese hotel fare
Room is small, even by Japanese business-hotel standards
Furniture and interiors are dated — feels old and in need of refurbishment
Overall vibe is functional rather than comfortable or modern

Walking distance to Hakata Station
Our view outside was the ac equipment and our ac unit was always shutting off and the staff had to reset the circuit breaker.

Great location. It's connected to Hakata station via en elevated footbridge/ walkway right outside the hotel entrance. If you don't use the footbridge, it's only 2 short crossings. Near a lot of malls and great restaurants
The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillow is tiny and flat. They also don't have larger rooms or triple rooms (you have to get multiple rooms for larger parties)

Super good location-just across Hakata main station. Can just take the bus shuttle direct from International airport terminal to Hakata station. Hotel also provides 2 free drinks from the vending machines and the included breakfast was a good too. Many shopping options around. Nice!!

My A/C was not working - I called the front desk & they responded quick but after 2 hrs I would experience the same problem ,not working - luckily it was not Summer because I would've requested to change my room

Connected to Hakata station via an covered overpass which has an escalator, elevator, and stairs. The hotel entrance is next to the stairs. The covered overpass connects to Hakata station, Hakata bus station, and KITTE which makes shopping so convenient. Hotel's breakfast was delicious and onsen was smaller but still enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was raining hard when I arrived, but the hotel was connected to the bridge to Hanaka station with roof. So I was able to get to the hotel without un umbrella.

Service, The staff made a mistake in arranging a room that was occupied and then assigned a new room without apologizing. The room was also not cleaned properly during the day.The Staff also insufficient in English.

The natural onsen is something special in the heart of the city. Also, staff of the midnight shift on 16Apr was very helpful. I have bites on my face in the night. He immediately change a room for me.
The lower floors may have infested with mosquitoes.

Location: Almost opposite to the west exit. It is not only connected to the railway station (JR & Shinkansen), it is just opposite to the bus terminal (city & out of city) and subway station is also just across the street.
Restaurant: There is one on the basement and the prices looked reasonable though I didn't have a chance to try it.
Also, it is connected to the shopping malls too, so it makes shopping super convenient.
Breakfast: More of less the same and it was pretty crowded. Only one machine for green tea and it happened that it was empty real quick. I stayed there for 8 nights.

Located very near to Hakata station, just across an overhead bridge.
Breakfast was super crowded and the dining area just like a canteen. Some guests just leave their dining utensils on table after breakfast and staff have to clear them. ? for the staff.
Skip our next day breakfast.

Great location. Nice onsen. Yummy breakfast especially boiled rice in the tea. It is very worth of money.
