Exceptional
The room had 3 twin beds and was spacious. The view was good. The location was perfect with multiple convenience stores with in 1 block. A Don Quixote was a block away. The Wan Gyoza restaurant was fantastic and just 2 blocks away. If he had time to go clubbing, there were lots of options nearby. The hotel was comfortable and we definitely would stay here again. Although the area turned out to be in a red light district, we never felt uneasy and really enjoyed the relaxed vibe and felt perfectly safe. Nakusa food stalls and JR canal shops close by.

Disappointing
The public areas look higher end and boutique, the rooms seem a bit dated and with furniture placement that created challenges. It is close to the subway. The shower was easy to operate.
It is in the middle of the red light district which I missed when travel planning. Women were on the street advertising for their clubs. They also had poorly ventilated smoking lounges so the entire elevator smelled when stopped on the floor. Our room had an odd scent along with a sneeze inducing signature scent in the lobby. The included breakfast was so so and was odd to have the leftover Italian food from the night before. I actually went back to my booking to make sure our room matched what we booked, it did but in a glamor shot kind of way.

We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our stay much more comfortable. The top-floor lounge with free amenities was a nice bonus, and the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. The location was excellent, with easy access to trains and nearby shopping areas.

A very comfortable bed mattress. The spa was lovely. A tasty breakfast. Nice soft towels. Kettle in room. We are able to open the window in the room.
The breakfast restaurant is small, busy and tired. The polyester pyjamas.

Great location, super close to the subway station. Also within walking distance to Tenjin and Hakata Station. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I actually accidentally booked a smoking room but didn't realize until a few days in because the room was very clean! There was no smell of cigarettes at all.

Wonderful
Hotel was clean, even if you chose no service they will drop off clean towels for you. Staff is friendly, they provide you with all the basics you need. The location is great, it is in the middle of Hakata and Tenjin.
It is in the red light district of Hakata, so you can expect a bit more activity at night. The area is lively but safe.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. Don’t miss the adorable LOVOT creature in the lobby! The location is fantastic—it’s just a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station and surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants and bars. I suggest skipping Chikae Fukuoka for lunch or dinner, but I highly recommend Hakata Muku for dinner. And for pre-dinner cocktails, head to Bar Caper—the bartender is incredibly gracious and skilled.

Clean and quiet hotel with wonderful staff. Amenities were excellent and the location was close to a ton of restaurants. Easy access to the subway and a quick walk to yatai stalls and the shopping mall.
