A 10 for the service. Upon checking into my room, the mini fridge did not appear to be working properly. I let the gentleman at the front desk know and he immediately moved me to a new room. He was very polite and courteous and I appreciate his service.
The hotel itself seems to be a standard business hotel. Smaller but adequate rooms. Free bathroom amenities and instant coffee provided in the lobby. Ice machine. Vending machines. Two coin washers and dryers. Fresh towels each day. Location is good. Subway about 5min walk away. A 24hr grocery store there also. I also slept very well here. Mattress was firm but I loved it. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you.

Clean room with all facilities one can possibly need. Even has a vending machine and coin operated laundry on site. Heaps of Buddhist temples and eateries around.
Not very central as requires 1-2 train stops or 1.5-2 km walk to get to Hakata or Tenjin.

Location is convenient, 5 minutes walk to the subway. A 24hour store is just at the subway. Nice and clean, but room is bit small,which is common here.

Clean and compact, lovely friendly & helpful staff, happy to mind my luggage before check-in. Loved the bathroom and the bath. The bus stop to the station is right out the front, the neighbourhood is quiet. There is a Yayoi En restaurant down the road and also a large Sunny supermarket.

Fantastic Staff and clean and tidy room. Breakfasts were easy to sort and pick up and amenities were excellent. Close to the Subway station and bus lines also, which helped when heading to the Sumo

our requests made were fully met and staff were very helpful. hotel is valuable for money despite its location. Surprisingly the bathroom is big and good for a soak.

A clean and new accommodation located within a 5-minute walk from Gofukumachi Station. It’s also just a few stops on the subway to Fukuoka Airport. Around the accommodation, you’ll find convenience stores like FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven. Inside the accommodation, there are vending machines and a microwave available for use. Amenities are provided in the lobby for you to pick up.
We chose a twin-bed room, and the beds, likely 4 feet wide, were very comfortable. The room was quite spacious, with a well-designed bathroom that separates the shower and toilet areas—very convenient! However, the walking space in the room was a bit narrow, making it somewhat challenging to open large suitcases. Overall, though, it was excellent!
The staff at the lobby on the morning of November 30 were lovely and helped with storing our luggage at the hotel. However, the staff handling the check-in on November 30 between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM had very poor manners.
When we showed them our booking confirmation to check in, they asked for our name in English. We pointed to the English name on the document, but they responded, “This doesn’t seem like English, it looks like Arabic.” We had to insist that it was indeed our English name.
When we asked about the items available in the lobby, as we weren’t sure if there was a limit on how many we could take (since there was a yen symbol displayed, which made us think there might be a charge for taking extra), the staff sighed and said, “It’s free.” The attitude was quite rude. However, the staff handling the check-out were very pleasant. It seems like there was just one staff member with poor manners.
