Good location, 5 mins away from Ohori Park by foot and less than 15 mins from Hakata Station. The room was bigger than we expected

Super super friendly staff! Super location near ohori park, easy to move around the city.
Building was a bit old and the rooms were small, the twin room was a good size though. The lounge area closes early and there is no place to sit 24/7 if we want to get work done

Room is spacious enough for 2 adults and a kid. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is good as it is near a subway station and walking distance to Ohori Koen.

I liked that the toilet is in a separate room from the bathtub. The room is a good size and was clean, the staff are very friendly, the area is quiet and within 3 minutes of a bus stop and subway station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
The vending machines inside the hotel don't sell water and you only get a free bottled water if you don't request a cleaning.

I love the room, spacious and big windows. Can see much of the city scene. The pillow is superb, they use specific special one. There is explanation paper in the room The bathtub with special bubble machine is also superb. Toilet and bathroom are in separate room. It is convenient. The lounge with the free snacks and beer with the view is nice to have a slow pace life They also sell breakfast bread from Il Forno Mignon which we really love. Was really surprised they provide this service

Well appointed modern rooms,bigger than most chain hotels and spacious bathrooms with a separate toilet. Free coffee and drinks in the lounge every day,friendly staff,some English speaking.I liked the location only 5 minutes walk to Ohori Park and 10 minutes walk to seaside Momochi and the baseball stadium,subway station at the door but not downtown.

Clean and with nice views, close to many attractions.
The pillows: normally if a pillow is below average at a hotel, I don't really care, but holy moly the pillow was unbelievably uncomfortable. The worst pillow I've ever slept on. I didn't know they made foam pillows with the general consistency and hardness of a brick.

They have -The drink bar with sparkling wine -Hair iron rental -toner, face wash, make up remover, and cream So, it was great?
The Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer wasn’t equipped in my room. I think it should be rented who really wants to use it instead of left in the women’s floor.

The location is very near the station 3mins walk but many stairs. The longue service was fantastic with snacks, sparking wine and fruit juices for guests to relax. The shower room and toilet are separated which is good as well.

The location, the staff, the facilities, the view, and the aircon.
amenities like complimentary tea bags, coffee and toothbrush are in the reception areas, not in the room. also the lift always stops at level 2 (the reception) no matter what.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. our room was on the small size but still big enough for comfortable stay. The parking system is a storage parking system, so you need to ask someone at reception to put the car is and out each time.
None A bit away from the center of Fukuoka but the subway station is close. Easy to get to to town with the subway - 5 stations away and no need to change lines.
