The location of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel has nice vibes overall, the low-exposure lights in the hallway were nice. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was a nice size to fit two adults comfortably.
I would have preferred a vanity mirror in the room to get ready in. Other than that, there isn't much to complain about. It's a very nice place and the staff was very straight to the point and made check-in/out smooth and easy.

10 minutes walk from the subway. 5 minutes walk from subway station to hotel. Location is very strategic in terms of eateries and shopping. room was clean and they do housekeeping daily!

Around 5-7min walk to kyoto station. There’s also a big mall beside it. You can also store your luggage for free

we stayed for 3 nights. walking distance to Tenjin, Daimyo, one Fukuoka, Parco.... Its convenience but not too loud inside a small alley. Its easy to have 10,000 steps goal just walking around Tenjin and Daimyo. A couple of 屋台 Yatai in the evening located on the main conjunction ahead of the hotel.
its quite small in room size. another issue they only provide warm air during winter. However, its not a big deal since we can open the window and it serves the purpose for not too hot inside the room

We use to stay at other Mystays branch in Tokyo, Mystays Premier Omori and the room size, the comfort and facilities was much more premium and comfort than this branch and the rate was a lot better too. Maybe we were expecting the same but did not get it.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the Tenjin train station and many restaurants and shops.
The rooms are a little older but still clean.

The location is very convenient to go to subway, bus station, convenient stores, shopping center, and airport. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good even though it was not much variety to choose but still worth the money.
