variety food for selection at breakfast facility. Nice and warm welcome staff at the breakfast room ( Hotel Montereyt)
some problems of language barrier at the check in counter. Some of the staff show bad tremper but we try to compromise and understand.

The location was very good. It is close to Tenjin.
The refrigerator has no freezer, so it was not cold enough to keep the ice-cream. Air condition in my room kept shutting off every 15 minutes so I woke up in the middle of the night every night. I spent 6 nights at the Hotel but not sure about the others room.

The location is very good, very near the Watanabedori station, and there is a supermarket in front of the station too. The room is clean, the bed is very comfy. There is a water dispenser at the lobby, included the hot water/tea.

Only the location is convenient.
We booked and paid for 4 persons. But the hotel only provided 2 pillows only. However the staff told us they had no more pillow for us, even we requested. After we expressed our disappointment and required the manager to handle that problem, the staff finally could find 2 more pillows for us from nowhere. How can the guests accept those kind of arrangement, no pillow in stock.
