Beds seems makeshift. We had a triple room and all 3 beds are different. I can understand that the 3rd bed is likely a roller-bed but it looks like only 1 is a permanent bed. We asked for an additional pillow and the hotel shared that there is no more pillows to give us??

room is clean, bed is very comfortable, shower is very strong. staff were mostly helpful (we got paper boxes from them to pack some of our baggage).
The room is quite small, the toilet is especially a bit cramped.

The location was great since it was just 2 blocks away from the Watanabe-Dori station and around 15 mins away from Tenjin station. There was a Family Mart across and a 711 a few blocks away. It's also walking distance from major malls in the Tenjin area such as Mitsukoshi and Daimaru. There's even a hospital across the building. You can also walk from the hotel to the Nakasu food stalls or Canal City. The hotel room was more spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There were also free amenities such as hair brushes, hair ties, cotton swabs/pads, bath wipe, as well as unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby. The ice machine and vending machine at the lobby was also convenient if you prefer to drink in your rooms. The breakfast area was large, although the actual food options were a bit limited considering the size of the hotel. Still, the food options changed each day and the actual meals were quite delicious. The staff was also very accommodating and made a lot of effort to make sure that the guests were comfortable during their stay. We had a great stay and will consider booking here again if we return to Fukuoka.
There were many tour groups who were also staying at the hotel when we were there. They were loud and always crowding around the elevators and lobby area.

The room is clean and the window can be opened a bit for fresh air. Near the underground station and not too noisy and busier than the Tenjin area. Good service. Can see the sunrise from the room. The self-service laundry room is very convenient.

Conveniently located near the stations. Convenience stores and good ramen shops nearby. Room was spacious for the price.
Bathroom was a little small. But it still had a hot tub so it wasn’t too bad.

Location. 5 mins walk to subway station, 10 minutes walk to Tenjin shopping area. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is good size for 2 of us. Not very spacious but not crampy, we were able to open both our luggage. Staff were friendly and helped with calling taxi to airport. Provided extra pillows upon request.
There’s no coffee provided in the room. However you can get free coffee at the lobby.

The hotel is lovely. Staff are excellent. Pastry shop and subway close by. Didn’t have the breakfast - a bit over priced. The beds are comfortable however the twin bed room is not good for 4 people or 3 people. Single beds not double.
