The hotel provided free bottles of water and you can order more.
Although the free drinks and snacks were appreciated, I did not appreciate it when they stopped us from removing a small cup of soda from the lounge area. We wanted to enjoy a drink and small snacks in our room and was told that it is not allowed.

Everything was amazing from hospitality, to cleanliness, to comfortability. The massage chair in the room was a huge bonus. Being from Hawaii, being by the ocean just felt natural

The room were very spacious, great view of the Harbour, and breakfast served at the room. There is a lounge with free food and drinks.
Staff were very helpful and polite. This was the best hotel in my trip to Japan.

Breakfast & staff attentiveness to our needs.
Property exterior painting & interior carpet needs major upgrade. All stores around were closed. In fact, the entire mall next to the resort was out of business.

Great view. Big room.
The hotel is a bit old and run down looking - carpets are worn out and wallpaper yellowed. Location is far from anything. There used to be an outlet mall next door but it went out of business this year. There are no restaurants or shops nearby so you really need a car to get anywhere. Internet barely worked so it was impossible to get any work done.

Quiet location with a beautiful sunrise view. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful.
If you don't drive, maybe quite hard to get to downtown Hakata.
