The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 mins from Hakata station and with lots of public transport links and a 7/11 within spitting distance of the front door.
Rooms are small, but that's to be expected in a big Japanese city.

I liked the location, the easy check in process, the amenities, we got new towels every day.
The bed was super uncomfortable but I stuffed some towels under the pillow to make up for there only being one per person.

The staff are very kind and accommodating. The location was super accessible to so many places and there were Sakura trees beside the place.
Free drinks are only until 9PM. We arrived 8PM and we had limited time.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean. There is an onsen in the hotel and free coffee and tea from 2pm to 8pm.
The rooms are a bit on the small side and the windows are also small and facing another building. The location is around a 10 to 15 minute walk from Hakata Station and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Some rooms have their air-conditioning unit near the bed which can get cold at night.

The breakfast buffet was a feast! Staff were great and very helpful. I loved the hot bath, onsen, in the hotel. Both my husband and I used them. Separeate osens of course! All the hotels we stayed at had umbrellas to use on rain predicted days. Close to the Hakata train station which was great.

Nice location, overall nice place. Convenient and easy luggage storage and laundry, and nice bath onsite. They also provided a lot of towels and water bottles if you opted to not get your room cleaned every day
Tiny, but it’s Japan. Over 6’2 won’t be able to stand in the shower. Bed is minuscule for a couple but again that is the norm here (recommend always booking twin rooms when available)

The breakfasts! Yummy! I chose this hotel because of its Fukuoka style cuisine. I liked that it’s not too far from the station. My room had a full sized bed and was bigger than I expected. The two elevators were fast.
I got lost from the train station. Took me awhile to figure out that I took the wrong exit.The bath and tap water smells of chlorine.

Breakfast was good. 10-15 minute walk to Hakata train station snd very close to a temple and garden with tea house.
Onsen area was small and crowded for lockers and washing stations.
