Great location, just a few blocks from Hakata Station.
The room was quiet small and being two people it may be difficult to move around sometimes.

There was laundry in the basement for 200 JPY which was nice. Made it easy to do laundry. About a 10 minute walk to Hakata station.
This room was so tiny, and while there was space for a window I couldn't really open it so it was as if I was staying in a shoe box. The check-in was at 3pm on the dot and I had flown in from Thailand at 9am so I had to wait another 6 hours before checking in. I was literally exhausted and falling asleep in the lobby. Early check-ins weren't allowed.

The bathtub was too high, therefore difficult to get in & out. Prefer a shower.

The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 mins from Hakata station and with lots of public transport links and a 7/11 within spitting distance of the front door.
Rooms are small, but that's to be expected in a big Japanese city.

I liked the location, the easy check in process, the amenities, we got new towels every day.
The bed was super uncomfortable but I stuffed some towels under the pillow to make up for there only being one per person.
