The bath was nice and breakfast was pretty good
Room was a bit on the small side for two. Bath facilities shows its age a bit. Dryer was a bit on the weak side

The breakfast is superb - delicious and a great variety of traditional local food. 10/10. I wish I could just book the breakfast.
The public bath is also a nice addition.
The room - dated and even though it's a non-smoking room we could still smell the cigarettes which for me, an awful smell.
The fridge makes loud noises throughout the night. The toilet also made loud sound when it flashes.

The public bath in the hotel is a nice extra. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Hotel staff spoke English.
The room was smaller than expected and looked a lot bigger in the pictures. The bed was also small for western people, but maybe regular for japanese people. The internet was constantly switching on and off, which was very frustrating.

The property is not that great. The rooms are completely enclosed and cant see any outside light. Staff and service is not that customer friendly.

Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Well kept overall. The onsen was really nice and the breakfast buffet was sizable and had a good range of things. Don't really hear the neighbours which was good.
Very small room and quite a noisy street that the hotel is on. Beds are hard. 10min walk to the train station.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, reasonable size room for the price. Comfortable bed and house keeping was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Onsite onsen was great. Non smoking hotel throughout was a definite plus.
