The foot massage was a good touch. It helped after a full day of walking. The location was impeccable. It was near the train and bus stations which was great! There was free flowing coffee all day and microwave in the ground floor.
It was difficult to open our luggage in the space. There was not enough room to put our clothes .

Location is great
I stay at this hotel many times, but this is first time I am assigned at the second floor (Rm 205). But this room is quite dark. When I request to have extra lamp at front desk, I am being told there is no extra lamp to rent.

The location and the option for the rooms with massage chairs. The hotel was adjacent to Sun Plaza mall with a large 7-11 and many basement restaurants. Location was very central.
Our room was very small and sis r have a closet with shelves for clothes so most of our clothing has to stay in our luggage. Also ain’t like having one side of the bed against the wall.

Location was only a few minutes away from Hakata station by foot, so this is centrally located for those looking to head to a few different spots around the city. Also, our room included a massage chair, which we ended up using quite a bit.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was large by Japanese hotel standards. We appreciated that they gave the option for room cleaning/linen changing. The location is great as it's only a 5 minute walk to Hakata train station and the main bus terminal as well as it being situated right above the subway so transport to and from is particularly convenient. Shopping and dining options are also plentiful in the area.
As for negatives, for the type of short-term stay and the level of hotel, I can't think of anything that would be an issue.

Late check-out (even up to 12nn only) can only be accommodated for an additional fee of JPY 1000 per hour. Also, we were told that we can only request for the daily free bottled water if we had our room cleaned.
