The location is perfect, with Hakata Station right behind it, offering a great selection and a tasty breakfast.
I booked a twin room, but it's still really small. The basin is outside the bathroom, and there's no proper space to open my large luggage.The hotel reception is on the second floor, and there's no ramp to roll the luggage in from the side door. Check-in is strictly at 3, which is highly inconvenient for families with kids coming from an overnight flight, and there's no option to pay for early check-in."

It's perfect location wise, Hakata station is rignt next to the hotel! The room was clean and neat and staff was very attentive.
The room was too small. There was a luggage rack but didn't use it as there was no enough space to open my suitcase.

Breakfast was decent and delicious. The location was perfect to go anywhere with subway,bus, and walk. The room was clean and the service was very good. Shopping and restaurants is located very close. I loved it.
However, the room was way smaller than I expected, like as small as "Japan." The room picture is different, as described from the website. Finally, the price is expensive for the "location fee".

Great location but on 1F very bad smell.
Bath tub has draining problem. Hotel staff came to fix it right away but it worked for one day only.

The rooms are really poorly soundproofed: I could hear other people's doors opening and closing, people speaking as they were walking down the hall, and even a baby crying (which turned out to be many rooms away). The breakfast is also poor - very low quality food and you are in the basement so the ambience is also poor.
